Working together with images on their website, she listened carefully to what I wanted and consulted with Heather, the floral designer, right there over the phone. They made and delivered 2 beautiful arrangements, capturing the appropriate tone and sentiment - one in a vase and one in a basket - both with lovely and thoughtfully executed cards. At my request, they left the flowers at the doorstep, and it's July mind you. My friend happened to not return home for a week, and they called Scott's to say that the flowers had died. Scott's called me to just get an idea of what happened, and I informed them of the situation and offered to pay to have them redelivered. They wouldn't even take my money, but said they would deliver them again anyway.
