Called and spoke with Juliana, who assured me that it was possible to deliver flowers to the time and place that I needed them for. Working together with images on their website, she listened carefully to what I wanted and consulted with Heather, the floral designer, right there over the phone. They made and delivered 2 beautiful arrangements, capturing the appropriate tone and sentiment - one in a vase and one in a basket - both with lovely and thoughtfully executed cards. In the end, it all worked out for the best. I'm so glad that I found a florist with such friendly, talented and professional staff. Gray's Florist really came through and knocked it out of the park!

The only thing I am angry at is the fact that I personally tipped the delivery person five bucks only to learn the sender already included a ten dollar tip and asked no tip be accepted from me ( I tip everyone) . We found B&C Florist to be a very prompt and practical group. They are well informed by their years of experience and frankly will not let you get away with potentially impractical designs or those that may be outside of your budget. They were willing and able to adjust wedding flowers to the budget we had, and anticipated last minute changes which were easy to make when the time came. We had no issues or conflicts, and it was always a delight to visit the shop to discuss our plans or see floral designs. On the day of our wedding it was so exciting when the B&C team brought the flowers to my parents' home because they were just so stunning- beautiful color, well made, superb design and the team was so ebullient when they walked in to share in the joy of the day. Their delivery was timely and they traveled to three different locations to deliver our flowers. Clearly they worked seamlessly with our other vendors, and were particularly excellent at decorating our cake table too! I ordered the Colors of the Rainbow Bouquet, and I selected the premium size (the largest option). The attached pictures show the advertisement versus the reality. Not to mention the flowers began wilting in less than 12 hours. I was fortunate enough to arrive at her house directly after the flowers were delivered, so I noticed first-hand how short lived the lifespan of this arrangement would be. By the time I left two days later, most of the flowers were dead. I would expect better quality and size for $160 ($185 after the delivery fee). Beware!
