I live in Chicago and my mom works in Watchung, NJ so I like to use Gray's Florist because they're literally 10 minutes away from my mom's job. I'm able to call and place an order with them and if I'm not mistaken they usually send me a photo of the arrangements before delivery. They make beautiful arrangements and my mother loves every delivery they have done. They bouquets are always full and never scanty. The only fault I have with them is they charge for delivery even though the location is literally 10 mins away and in the same town. read more

These folks are PHENOMENAL! I founded them on Yelp and called because they were the closest florist to the delivery address. I called at 10:30am to set up a flower delivery for that day. I called, told the guy my price and that I just wanted a nice bouquet, no specifics. The ASAP delivery fee was $15 and the flowers were delivered an hour later. And look at this bouquet!! It is gorgeous and the flowers are incredible!! This was delivered to a school and all of the teachers who saw the flowers were so impressed. If I ever need flowers in the area again, I will 100% use Gray's. read more

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mothers birthday last week. She was SO HAPPY with the arrangement she received. I hate to say, but I initially called another florist for my delivery. But when they answered "hello" instead of saying the name of the business I was quite confused. Called the number back and same thing happened. I felt like i woke the business up so I gave up. My wife wants to visit all of the plant shops and buy all of the plants. So she suggested we go here. It was not a successful visit. First, the parking lot is The Worst. It's not obvious, but you have to enter just past the building. To exit, make a loop around the building, then try to turn onto a highway with almost zero visibility. When we got to the shop, the plants were poorly signed and with no price tags at all. Nobody offered to help us. We looked around for about 10 minutes and didn't see anything great, so we left. read more

Now that it's too late to do anything about it, they are ignoring me and my request for a refund and forcing me to file a claim with Paypal to get my money back. His help and consistency as a worker was one of the reasons (besides the planter and beautiful flowers) we bought the expensive planter ! They have amazing Christmas trees !! Best we saw anywhere - and we tried at least 4 places. Steve and his guys are so helpful and the trees are very full- we found the perfect one in 2 minutes! Lots of great ones there ! read more

While the trees at Grays are nice the decorating service is disorganized, rude, and unethical. Hired them to decorate my tree after speaking to Steve who returned my web form submission at 10pm on a Sunday night (yes should have been my first tip off) and told me my project (decorate a 9-10 foot tree) with my ornaments in my house would be between $250-350 "all in". As I'm allergic to tree and we are having a large party decided to go with it. For the next two weeks I chased him around to get a date, I even went to their Bridgewater location and picked my tree out asking them to help me get him. After endless reschedule and calls they finally showed up - were there 75 minutes, couldn't get tree in stand (my husband did it) put lights, some bows and my ornaments on and charged almost triple the estimate - called my credit card company to open a dispute. Avoid using them for any services as they're clearly not reliable or reputable. read more

This place is just great. The business is a small family owned business and they are always willing to tailor the product to the customer's needs. The older lady that is sometimes at the shop is funny and contains a wealth of knowledge on plants. They specialize in Cut flowers, but there selection of outdoor plants is wonderful too and they are always willing to give you the lowest price! I really love supporting small local businesses because every visit is a unique experience with great people, and this shop is no exception! read more
