Contracted flower arrangements for our wedding were not delivered, despite multiple in person meetings/virtual meetings/review of inspiration board. Corsage and boutonniere died before the wedding reception. After promising we would be guaranteed a refund in writing, our phone numbers were blocked. Least professional vendor from our wedding; would not recommend this vendor despite the low(er) cost associated with their event flowers. Their online system took my order and my payment yet the flowers were never delivered. I had to make multiple phone calls just to get an update. Be careful of using this vendor. Unfortunately they were recommended to me by a friend and their lower prices than other vendors was enticing, but it is clear they do not know how to run a business and have taken on too many clients. I had many phone calls and emails with all team member (and had to chase them as they were MIA for almost 3 weeks leading up to my wedding) and still they did not execute many items as discussed. When called on the day regarding it their response was I should've paid 1,000$ more if I had wanted what I was saying! Which is ridiculous has I have physical evidence of emails and photos I had sent back and forth with what I wanted and not once was it mentioned what I was expecting was more than quoted. We had to rip apart various displays to recreate what we wanted and still didn't come close to what was discussed. Of course the flowers were beautiful (what flowers aren't?!) but the headache of the back and forth and anxiety I had leading up that they would not execute as discussed and then doing just that was not worth it. When reached out to after the fact they completely gaslighted me and tried to excuse and justify every item I brought up even though I continuous forwarded them the physical proof. Please spare yourself the headache of being the 1 out of 4 weddings they don't execute well in a weekend...NOT WORTH IT! read more

Very poor customer service. I held an event at an upscale restaurant for my son's graduation. I ordered succulent arrangements with a bit of flowers and greenery to go the length of the table creating a tablescape. A man plopped cubes of flowers on the tables, with one hidden succulent in each and no tablescape. The tablescape was supposed to connect the centerpieces on the table. These cubes of flowers looked ridiculous on the tables without it. When I called to let them know, they told me they would only refund me for the greens. I would never use them again. They are unreliable and do not compensate for their mistakes. read more

I spoke with Shaun the owner and was so thrilled with the service. He was very helpful in directing me to what I could order and where he gets his flowers. I was able to get what I wanted at a price that I wanted to spend and the delivery charge was not much. I found the Bloomery on yelp and was a little nervous ordering flowers when I'm 2550 miles away. After looking at their website, I decided to call. I wanted to know their delivery schedule & if my price range was feasible. The woman who answered was amazing! She asked what colors I wanted, I had no idea. It's snowing there so she recommended colorful flowers. Then she told me about their mason jar bouquets. Without knowing what the arrangement will look like, I completely trust Lauren will create something beautiful. I felt like I had known her forever! She took my payment info over the phone & in 2 days, my Aunt will know we are thinking about her on birthday. I asked the woman for her name as we were getting off the phone. She said it was Lauren. Editing my previous review....We had a bit of a bumpy start with Bloomery but this afternoon they dropped off a completely new arrangement, which is almost exactly like what my husband ordered online (maybe even prettier). It's everything I had been wanting before - soft, romantic, and beautiful!! Beyond what I had expected. A very kind gesture from them which I truly appreciate. So disappointed to say, but after 3 orders we have not been happy. I had been swooning over the soft, romantic pictures they showed online for months and my husband finally got the hint and bought an arrangement in May. It was beautiful but also had ants - like 20-30 that crawled out onto our table for days. When my husband called to complain, the woman basically talked him into buying another arrangement for a minor discount. The second one was pretty as well, but cost the same as the first arrangement. This past week my husband spent $150 on a birthday arrangement for me. He picked out a photo online of the soft, pastel flowers that he knew I was still wanting (the first two arrangements didn't look like that). The flowers came in a glass cube vase with dramatic fall colors and the unfortunate odor of cat pee that filled the house. The stems also had lots of leaves still on them under the water, so as the urine smell dissipated over a few days, a murky decay smell took over instead. Only 7 days later, almost everything is wilted and dead despite me changing the water twice. When my husband called to complain they just said that they tried to make a really nice arrangement and that these are the flowers they have in-season (despite a completely different photo online). No replacement, discount, or future compensation was offered. So overall positives: beautiful arrangements of local flowers, different from other florists and without the cheaper "filler" flowers you typically see. Negatives: they're more expensive than other places and flowers didn't last very long. The different kinds of flowers also came with ants and bad odors. When we were dissatisfied twice over they didn't offer anything in response. Very disappointed - like I said, their online photos are exquisite, so I wish I would have gotten one of those arrangements. read more

The arrangement that was sent to a memorial this past Monday was even nicer than the online picture (that never happens!) and I heard a couple people at the event commenting about how beautiful it was. Also, I went in to the store today to check it out and bought a cool hanging teardrop terrarium (wish I could attach a picture), that was very reasonably priced, and when I got home to hang it up, the store owner, Sean snuck an extra plant into it. A very nice, extra plant. Talk about above and beyond. I will definitely be back and recommend this florist to all. The selection of everything, is very beautiful, with something for everyone. They did not have many reviews but for those that did leave one gave great feedback. I took a chance and contacted them. Shortly after, Lauren called me and we went through all the details and my vision. She was so patient with me and absolutely knew her flowers! I visited the shop over the weekend and met Shaun as well and they are just lovely people. I can tell how passionate they are with their business and just how much they want to help make my wedding the best of the best. Lauren and I went through all the specific flowers for each item and she gave great suggestions as I was indecisive and just wasn't sure what I liked. They were great listeners and knew just what I want based on the few pictures I sent from Pinterest. I felt 100% trust with them and because of all that, I booked them right away; I knew I didn't have to look elsewhere. Through the process, I made changes from the initial discussion and Lauren was fully on board supporting it and made sure those arrangements still fit within my budget.
