Call on the same day of needing a delivery for a wake. I like to send white roses in a vase. Not every place keeps them in stock but lucky for me they said they had them. I had a wonderful experience with Joseph's Florist. I ordered 4 dozen hot pink carnations for some watermelon centerpieces I was making for a party. I placed the order by phone two weeks in advance. After calling around, they offered the lowest price by far. When it came time to pick up my order, they had accidentally placed aside 4 dozen baby pink carnations. They quickly rectified the situation by giving me all of the hot pink carnations that they had in store (about 37) and gave me several extra baby pink carnations. They showed me how to arrange the centerpieces in a way that would still achieve the look I wanted. They even threw in floral blocks to arrange the flowers in the watermelon. I had some balloons that needed helium for the party which I had planned on getting filled somewhere else and Joe offered to blow them up for me for free. They were extremely kind and apologized for the mix up. In the end, I had enough hot pink carnations to make the arrangements the way I intended and I discovered a wonderful florist that I will be using for any future events. Highly recommend! Affordable price for an expensive look with excellent customer service and delivery. I called on a Thursday with an order for Friday, and they had no trouble accommodating. I wanted a sympathy stand but all the prices on website were out of my range. They asked my range and without hesitation said they could make something within that range. I asked how I could see it and they offered to text a picture, which to my surprise, they did the next day! This gorgeous arrangement is what they made (and later put on a stand upon delivery). About 14 years ago one of their drivers ran a red light and got into an accident with me the light on the police report and said that there was a truck in front of them totally lied and I held that against them for years I had a back injury and did not sue them yesterday when in here for the first time in 14 years and coincidentally happened to meet the owner and I had mentioned that I was one of his victims and he told me the story about that same guy and how he had gotten into several accidents that week delivering how his insurance went up and how he was sued I let him know that I wasn't one of them But for years I did not give them my business and I came in here because I was on my way to leber funeral home. I really needed a quick arrangements to bring for friend of mine that had passed away and I saw that they had blue hydrangeas and I asked him to put it in a nice large vase for me and he did I got a really good price on it and I was happy it was nice to finally meet him the owner that is. A lot of flowers weren't in bloom at that particular moment so I noticed that a lot of the florist in the area weren't particularly filled with tons of flowers Put my arrangement that he made was good they also offered Godiva chocolate's which I think was cool since I used to manage a good diver chocolate store years ago There is no parking so I was parked illegally with my hazards on for a hot minute but I didn't get ticketed I just ran and got my arrangement paid and left The owner is very nice and definitely takes pride in his florist shop it has been around for years but don't be turned off by the lack of fresh flowers sometimes some of the things we are looking for or not in bloom but luckily they do have hydrangeas They were out of the purple irises that I was looking for read more

I am really suprised noone reviewed this florist before. They have great flowers and can prepare a nice bouquet for any occasion. I had no idea what I needed to buy - but they created something for $35 bucks. Cheaper then grocery store flowers and cheaper then online florists as well. Definitely five stars based on my experience. Came here on Mother's Day, hoping to get some flowers for my aunt. I had already been to one other place and was unhappy enough with the selection to come here even though I was running late. Despite it being a busy day, they were really efficient and helpful. The florist was even making additional ready made bouquets so that people buying flowers would have a fresh selection to choose from. I wanted to get something with orchids but the ones they had were not really what I was looking for. They asked me what I wanted to spend and I gave them a range; they made me a really gorgeous bunch of flowers that were actually at the low end of the range I gave. The florist also gave me instructions on how to care for them and make them last a while. I was really happy with my experience here because of the great customer service, efficiency, prices, and beautiful flowers. They are associated with FTD and deliver also so next time I want to send someone flowers, I will definitely consider them. Ordered upgraded florist arrangement for my wife's birthday, paid for the best upgrade you could get and was filled with baby's breath. Looked nothing like the picture on their website. Picture on website didn't even have baby's breath in it! Would avoid this florist at all costs. Only reason they got 2 starts is because they deleieved the flowers by 11am. You get one chance to impress the person you love so don't mess it up using this florist. Would like to say I called and ordered directly threw the florist shop, did not order online. My boyfriend bought me gifts weeks in advanced to surprise me for Valentine's Day. The gentleman delivering the flowers, chocolates and chocolate covered strawberries called around 1030am looking for my building and eventually gave up on finding my address. It's a new building and we tried our best to give the appropriate coordinates. He hung up and told us to call the store and to figure it out (which is something I've never experienced before). We tried calling the store multiple times from 11am to 2pm to get a refund but the lines were busy and there was no voicemail option. They finally called my boyfriend back around 3pm and messaged me on Facebook saying that it's been a hectic day and that it was coming. I did NOT get any apologies or anything. It definitely took away the surprise element which was a bummer. Then around 5pm, the delivery man left it at my door, didn't even knock and the chocolate covered strawberries were all disoriented in the box. I ordered an arrangement on the website to be delivered on Easter morning and despite the busy holiday, the flowers were beautiful, fresh and delivered within the timeframe requested online. I received an email in advance stating one of the flowers were not available and a substitute was recommended and agreed. I appreciate the heads up on the substitute and it shows a florist who is a cut above and who cares about customer satisfaction. I had the great pleasure of working with Denise and Joey on my wedding last September (I'm sorry it took me this long to write a review) and they exceeded all of expectations! I was nervous because flowers are a quintessential part of the wedding décor. Truth be told I wasn't a big flower person going into my wedding, but I knew that I wanted lots of texture and color. Denise was beyond patient and extremely helpful in not only figuring out the types of flowers I really wanted but also taking my vision boards and pins on pinterest and doing a lot of research to find the exact flowers or offer alternatives if she didn't think they went with my overall vision or were not going to be in season by the time my wedding was taking place. Denise and her team were really good at managing expectations, budgets and my mom (LoL). Denise stayed on top of me to make decisions and necessary changes. She did a really good job in making me speak up and she really listened to what I was saying and what I wanted. She was on top of every detail and really did a wonderful job of delivering on very specific details that I wanted to include in my centerpieces/bouquets/ flowers. Denise and Joey not only took into consideration EVERY detail, but they brought it ALL to life, including my peace sign wreath. I wanted everything to be perfect on my big day, and Densie and her husband were so easy to work with and relate to because they were going through the same process as they were planning their daughter's wedding at pretty much the same time. They know exactly what they are doing and just how important every detail is. What I really liked about working with them was the honesty. As I mentioned, I didn't know a lot about flowers except what I liked and didn't like from pinterest. Denise and Joey were very upfront if some flowers were going to be too expensive or in their professional opinion weren't going to be picture perfect or if there was a prettier alternative or wouldn't hold up well or were going to be out of season. There were no surprises because Denise and Joey were honest and upfront and professional throughout the entire process and that type of service is only found in family run businesses like theirs. I'm so happy I chose Joseph's Florists. They were super punctual with dropping off the bridal bouquets and corsages the day of my wedding and also with setting up at the venue. Nothing was missed or out of place. I still remember seeing everything for the first time and I cried. It was beyond my dreams and evoked so much emotion. The beautiful centerpieces were everything I wanted and more. The centerpiece for the welcome table was overwhelming beautiful and everything I asked for - simple, yet elegant, romantic, airy and beautiful. EVERYONE loved my flowers, I received so many compliments! Each flower was perfectly placed in each bouquet and centerpiece. So disappointed with the flowers that were delivered. We ordered about a $1000.00 worth of flowers for my uncles funeral and what we received looked like we paid about 300.00. The arrangements were smaller than what we were told, they had very little flowers almost like they ran out of flowers and I specifically asked for no carnations because they were cheap looking and instead they put a ton of carnations. In the past, I've always walked over to the florist closer to home, but they're closed on Sundays. I called over to Joseph's florist just to make sure they had pre-made arrangements, which they did. And, boy do they, this is a big, well-stocked flower shop. They definitely had some beautiful arrangements in the fridge that made us want to spend more than we originally thought. While browsing, the owner, Denise asked if we had a few minutes so she could make something personal. We told her we were going to visit a friend who recently had surgery, she asked for the budget and then said she could do something great for less. While we picked out a card, she went in back and whipped up a very pretty arrangement that was exactly the right size and tone for a get well message. Love this place!! Been going here for years and the same family has owned it forever. Got this bouquet of flowers over a week ago and it is still fresh and vibrant. It seemed like every flower he had in stock was fresh, and it seems like every time I need some flowers and go into the store there is plenty of fresh flowers ready to go. Since it is family owned the service is great and they are always able to get me what I need. It's nice to be able to go to a neighborhood store and not have to deal with online nonsense and added fees.
