I originally wanted their drip coffee, but they were closing soon so they had stopped that for the day. I decided to try their liquid crack cold brew with almond milk. The owner was extremely kind and assured me that I would really enjoy my pick. She was right! It was fantastic! It had no added sugar and just their beans (as the owner said when I asked her what as in it). There was a slight sweetness from the almond milk (just perfect for me). The atmosphere was wonderful! It had lots of space for seating and plenty of natural light. There was even a flower shop inside the restaurant with the most adorable golden retriever! I would definitely come back to try more of their drinks.

I couldn't change the date and it was most likely due to the fact that it was the weekend before Valentines Day. My husband reminded me of the challenges that I had with previous edible arrangement deliveries so I went online to find a local florist. When I called Cranford Florist, the woman I spoke to on the phone assured me that they would be able to send a fruit and gourmet basket on Saturday as I requested. She sounded confident that they would be able to pick out and make a great basket to send condolences to three men. Well she was right! At the funeral I was thanked for the huge basket and told by everyone who had been at the house that the basket with big, beautiful and full of a lot of goodies. I am so glad that the edible arrangement order did not work out and I called the local friendly florist in Cranford.

Valentine's Day he went to pick up his order, when arriving there was no record of his order but he had his order confirmation number and proof he had paid $60.00 for this specific bouquet. Instead of giving him specific bouquet the florist "threw something together" And gave a bouquet of flowers that were so stuffed roses were just shoved in that the next day the roses were broken and already dying. Then they threw in a box of chocolates to make up for their mistake. It broke my heart to see how stuffed all these flowers were in this tiny vas and how fast they were drying. I tried to take them all out and place them in a bigger vas and get more life out of them but it was too late. I had to throw them all out. This was so disappointing to me. I would not recommend this place. This bouquet was all over the place and throwing a free box of chocolates does not make up for this.

The delivery person did not ring the doorbell or knock on the front door. By the time I realized the arrangement was there, the roses and lilies were starting to turn brown and wilt. I called this business and spoke to a woman who was insistent that the delivery person did ring the bell and that the flowers could not be turning brown, (it was now two and a half hours after delivery) since it was now 40 degrees outside. I told her that I realized that this is a very busy time for florists, but that a doorbell or knock was needed and to please assure me in the future that this would happen. The woman hung up on me, but at 6 pm that day showed up at my front door, unannounced and again without any notification, wanting the flowers back. Offering subpar customer service and rudeness is not the way to run a successful business. Beyond disappointed in Blooming Flowers!
