My daughter sent me a Valentine arrangement from Blooming Flowers. It was delivered and left at my front door at 7 am without any notification. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell or knock on the front door. By the time I realized the arrangement was there, the roses and lilies were starting to turn brown and wilt. I called this business and spoke to a woman who was insistent that the delivery person did ring the bell and that the flowers could not be turning brown, (it was now two and a half hours after delivery) since it was now 40 degrees outside. I told her that I realized that this is a very busy time for florists, but that a doorbell or knock was needed and to please assure me in the future that this would happen. The woman hung up on me, but at 6 pm that day showed up at my front door, unannounced and again without any notification, wanting the flowers back.
