It was such a cute bouquet and the flowers smelled wonderful. They were wrapped beautifully and really made a great gift. The florist was very helpful in preparing the bouquet. I have been a longtime customer of Blossom Flower Shop on McLean Avenue in Yonkers, and they have…read morealways been incredibly reliable for any occasion. The Easter arrangement I ordered this year was stunning. The flowers were fresh, beautifully balanced, and arranged with such care. It had a natural elegance that truly elevated our table and brought everything together for the day. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Every time I order, the quality and attention to detail are there. With everything that goes into sourcing flowers today, I also found the pricing to be very fair for the level of craftsmanship you receive. They have become my go to floral shop, and I always know I am in good hands.

The excuses given for the inability to retrieve messages and place orders is unacceptable given the florists surrounding this establishment that would gladly accept business. Asking for a specific bouquet advertised with images online is met with "back order for specific items in bouquet, but we will make it beautiful for you." It's pot luck on what will end up being delivered, and the item being replaced is usually what makes the arrangement unique and valuable. Adding greenery to replace roses just doesn't cut it, as the price isn't adjusted for supply shortage. Having to call repeatedly to confirm order was received and to see where the order is delivery wise is met with staff shortage and no one calls to explain the delay. End result- flowers and vases are wonderful in the end, but be prepared for the recipient not receiving exactly what you ordered. It would be helpful to add the flower powder envelope that extends the life of the flowers as well as instructions on caring for them.

Not only did they provide fresh flowers for my bars and host stands, but they also did the gardening outside of our restaurant for many years quarterly. They were always extremely creative and did elaborate displays that brought many a customer inside. It also doesn't help that they're wonderful people. Initially I was very upset because my husband went to pick up my order for 2 bouquets and they couldn't find the prepaid order. They somehow forgot to make them and rushed together the bouquets while he waited in the shop. I was fuming back at the apt because we were supposed to leave for my daughter's graduation right at that time. He brought the bouquets back and was also irritated that we were running late. I have to admit that the assembly of the arrangements could have used more attention but since they did rush it, they seemed to have put in a lot of the pricier flowers as consolation. The flowers themselves were beautiful so I was able to open up the bigger bouquet and rearrange it a little to look a little more balanced. The smaller bouquet didn't have as many of the higher priced flowers but looked more balanced. They definitely carry beautiful flowers and I am grateful that they were able to whip them out quickly. I wish I didn't have to go through the massive panic attack at pick up. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and believe that I was a fluke case. Above blurb was sitting as a draft for years now but I want to follow it with some solid praise. My daughter is now attending college in nyc and I have been sending her flowers monthly through various flower shops in Manhattan and I have yet to have come across flowers that were as pretty and fresh as the ones from your shop. Just wanted to give praise where praise is due. I will call you to arrange for her future flower deliveries. Thanks!
