When I arrived, the woman at the front counter seemed clueless about any order until she asked someone else. Then she came out with the bouquet (I ordered a mixed flower presentation bouquet, only high-end flowers i.e. no carnations etc., & clear cellophane wrap - for $60). The flowers were somewhat wilted & several of the roses had brown petals on them - when I pointed this out to the woman at the counter, she said - oh yeah, & just pulled off those petals. Overall, although it was not a bad bouquet, it was not anything I was impressed with or would order again. It seems to me that an inspection of the bouquet & all flowers before handing them off to the customer would be a good policy for them, so that they can remove any wilted/old petals before the client sees them. Just a suggestion....
