My coworker and I looked at their website and picked the Lush Lemon flower bouquet, and I placed the order over the phone. The lady who picked up and took my order was so sweet. Upon my arrival, they showed me the flowers and I was floored by how lovely the arrangement was (and I am not a flower person). They gave me a carrier that was extremely sturdy, and I was on my way to my second workplace, about 60 miles away. My boss was in shock at the beautiful arrangement, everyone commented on how amazing and unique it was, and I am so impressed with the customer service I received. I will be returning for every upcoming holiday and special event. Highly recommend!

I ordered a floral arrangement for my mom on Valentine's Day and the flowers they delivered were…read moreextremely disappointing and not what I paid for. Not only were the flowers completely different but the arrangement was much smaller. Their substitution policy states that if certain flowers are not available, they will deliver an arrangement of equal value. However, that wasn't the case. When I called, they stated it was an error on their part because "they were extremely busy" which I understand but if that's the case, let the customer know or don't accept more orders. They told me I would receive a refund, but then I got a call back 5 minutes later stating I need to leave the flowers received outside so they could pick them up because it wouldn't be fair to them. So, not only did they not inform me I was receiving lower quality flowers but now I'm supposed to ask my mom for the flowers back because it was a mistake on their part? After explaining this to the woman on the phone, she stated she confirmed my refund. Yet all I've received from them is an electronic receipt and have yet to see the statement on my card. I tried calling back to ask about this, but no one answers the phone. The experience was a nightmare and I will never be ordering from here again. Please beware when ordering from them!!!

The inscription on the box cover indicates it's meant for lovers! We are friends, not lovers! Lots of wildlife around here. I'm surprised they didn't eat them! Plant petals are broken off and the rest is drooping. Considering the chilly weather, they could have at least wrapped both the plant and the box of chocolates. I'm sure my friend paid quite a bit for this. Poor service!

The easiest way to it is from the back once you park in the free municipal parking lot. Now onto the good stuff. We all know Valentine's Day had been fast approaching and of course what woman doesn't want a flower delivery to her job, right? So I headed over to this flower shop without a clue in the world about what I wanted. Upon entering I was greeted by Lisa, the owner, who by my look obviously could tell what event I was shopping for. She asked me a few basic questions: name, recipients name, address and what's my budget. I had no clue I gave her my price range and she took it from there. Let me tell you something, Lisa made me look like a super-hero. I didn't even pick one flower out but left this to the hands of the professional and the right choice I made. Not only did the girlfriend love the arrangement which she said had all three of her favorite flowers but her co-workers where tripping all over them as well. It was such an unexpected delight speaking to the person who took my order (I think it was the owner; he said he'd been in business there for one year). His kindness and professionalism was an added bonus that put a smile on my face. And for me, that goes a very long way."
