I called and spoke to Kathy Ponti because I wanted to be sure that what I asked for would be designed by someone who would make it personal. She was absolutely fantastic, she heard my ideas and thoughts & she designed the most beautiful arrangement for me, and made sure it was delivered to the funeral home for the service. It was important to me that this was not going to be "an FTD arrangement with no character". Kathy did a lovely job. I am so grateful for her kindness. Here are the flowers she did for me! Spectacular! Thank you so much.

I have nothing but positive praise for a wonderful experience with Flower Designs by Elena. Last…read moreyear I received the most beautiful arrangement from this shop and never knew that this local florist existed. I needed an arrangement in a vase to bring to a family member for their birthday. I dropped by on a Saturday and met with Elena. I provided her with my budget and pointed out a few colors of roses in the display case that I liked. I also asked if she could include the rhinestones in the center of a few roses because they just give it a little something extra special. I came back the following morning to pickup and was blown away by the arrangement. The photos do not do it justice. It was so full and had perfect symmetry. I know that flower prices have greatly increased over the past few years and feel that I absolutely received my moneys worth. I was offered a complimentary ballon upon pickup which was a nice touch. I will be using Elena's for all my flower needs in the future. Thank you Elena!

Only once prior was a mistake made, and they remedied the issue quickly. NOT this time! We ordered flowers as a nice gesture to our son's new in-laws. The day after they should have been received I called to raise concern and ask for help. I left a message-- nothing obnoxious-- just asked they call me to help me. Five messages and two and half weeks later-- still no response and no help! Have they closed the business? My credit card was charged and I received a confirming email, but no flowers were ever delivered! So disappointed. The lack of value in customer service just makes this even worse!

Instead we got cheapy flowers, only few lilies, awful palm leaves and no roses (not even 1), no white satin ribbon!@!! Seriously?
