For the love of God CVS, PLEASE place some more clerks inside the store to at least two. You have at least 4 windows to attend to the people inside the store. The people who walk there. There are always all kinds of people walking and moving inside the pharmacy area. But never enough of them to help people in line. Why is that? Please, if you prioritize the people in line, you will notice that you will be able to do more and even be more effective at the pick up window. You only have one person and they are super slow. Please do something about it. People are going to go back to Rite Aid. Please help!

I got myself some oils that I've been meaning to get. There was also a display of handmade baby items. The bibs are adorable and I snatched one up for my niece. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Looking forward to stopping by again. Nice change from CVS or Walgreens

Script was called in early afternoon. So as my temp gets higher and higher.. I will most likely end up in the ER because I couldn't get my script today!!! It's located near where they have social services for homeless, low income, and a shelter so sometimes there are interesting situations in the parking lot like most of the Brooklyn square area. Staff are decent and their selection is decent. I'm not a fan of the pharmacy staff so I switched all my prescriptions to the cvs a stones throw away. I don't like it when pharmacy staff seem too busy to help you or like they don't want to answer your rx questions.

Rite Aid on Fairmount Ave Jamestown/Lakewood did not order heart pills when Dr ordered (Thurs) when…read morewe came to pick up on Saturday. Pills ran out Sat am. Said they do not carry supply of them. We asked if other Rite Aid in town had them and they said no. They said they would order them right away. Went in Tuesday to pick up pills and they said they have not been ordered yet so we would need to Come back Wed after 3 pm! No apologies or concern that I had no pills. We asked if they would send Dr order to other Rite Aid in town and they said the other Rite Aid would have to call them (not true). The other Rite Aid did have the pills we needed!! The good Rite Aid said the other Rite Aid needs to put a "hold" on the prescription so he had to call them. The good Rite Aid (South Main) filled the order in minutes even though they were quite busy.
