They even moved my appointment from January to December so I could make the cuttoff. I ordered enough boxes of contacts to use up most of that money (I have astigmatism and mine are sooo expensive) and went on my merry way, expecting them to come in the mail. The last time I ordered contacts, it took 2-3 months to get them, so I waited until March to call, expecting they were again on backorder and they could give me a couple pairs to get by. Turns out they NEVER ordered my contacts. They took my card info on December 2nd, assured me the order would be completed in plenty of time before the money was gone, and I thought everything was done. They returned my call today, said there was no record of me having ordered anything, and the only explanation they could give is that they changed the ordering process in January. I asked them to back date a receipt for the day I had my appointment and they refused, saying it was fraud. So their incompetence cost me $1000 and I thought everyone should know not to go there.

They cancelled my appointment last winter at a time when I could have gone with a mask (non-allergy season). They told me at the time that I could order more contacts if I needed them. I didn't order any because I still had a good supply. When my appointment came in the spring and masks were still required, I had to cancel my appointment and tried to order more contacts. They refused, and also refused to honor any of my online attempts to order more from other sources (all required a doctor's approval). I ended up wearing my remaining two pairs of contacts for months longer than I was supposed to until I could get past my allergy season. Needless to say, I eventually got in to see another doctor, but my eyes were in bad shape by then and are still recovering.

I really lucked out having him be my first exam. The place was very clean, everyone was masked, socially distanced, and using hand sanitizer. That comforted me during a pandemic. They had a large selection of designer glasses all the way down to basic $9. I went middle of the line since I really only need them driving at night.
