The last time I ordered contacts, it took 2-3 months to get them, so I waited until March to call, expecting they were again on backorder and they could give me a couple pairs to get by. Turns out they NEVER ordered my contacts. They took my card info on December 2nd, assured me the order would be completed in plenty of time before the money was gone, and I thought everything was done. They returned my call today, said there was no record of me having ordered anything, and the only explanation they could give is that they changed the ordering process in January. I asked them to back date a receipt for the day I had my appointment and they refused, saying it was fraud. So their incompetence cost me $1000 and I thought everyone should know not to go there.
