There is something wrong with this Pharmacy anymore. I changed pharmacies from Rite Aid to CVS a few years back. Why? Because Rite Aid had a constant chaos when dealing with customers. For the love of God CVS, PLEASE place some more clerks inside the store to at least two. You have at least 4 windows to attend to the people inside the store. The people who walk there. There are always all kinds of people walking and moving inside the pharmacy area. But never enough of them to help people in line. Why is that? Please, if you prioritize the people in line, you will notice that you will be able to do more and even be more effective at the pick up window. You only have one person and they are super slow. Please do something about it. People are going to go back to Rite Aid. Please help! read more

I had an er visit with hives so they sent my steroid and allergy prescription to cvs for me. This cvs is open 24/7. Cvs texted me when my rx was ready(10 mins after it was sent ) and I went through the drive thru. The pharmacist was beyond friendly, professional, informative, and said he hopes I feel better. Customer service is laughable. I have called several times within the last 5 days, and they're always rude, or lying. All I need is my medication, they've been promising would be there within 5 days ago, then 4, then 3, then 2 and now it's supposed to be there. This place is horrible. read more

went to store to ge some supplies for my wife after her knee surgery.....absolutely no one to assist in the store apart from cashier who could not leave cash register - totally pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to Walgrens..great service, assistant helped me find the 4 items I needed in seconds. I need to get my precription renewal service transferred to Walgrens for future. read more

The service is extremely rude here. I ordered a photo item online just to be greated with "We don't event have that." Then why did it let me place the order online? Tried to make me feel dumb for their mistake. Glad I was just in town visiting and never have to go back. read more

The automatic refill this pharmacy utilizes to make it easy for customers have been changed for another system which does not work well. The old system used to call you and notify you when your refills were low. Or it used toalert you when automatic refills were ready to be picked up. Al that canvenience is gone. And no one knows anything about your prescrption. It used to be that to pick up a refill it would take a few minutes. Now after being helped they send you to wait ( for ever it seems). The order of customers is is not followed and people that were already waiting are told to wait more. The start to look like my old pharmacy which I left. It needs to speed up and the automatic refill system need to be looked at. Things are not working as they used to. read more

This pharmacy is run like a sloppy joe sandwich. Except all the meat is rotten, and the bread is actually the socks of an old dirty hobo. A swarm of flies wouldnt even find this sandwich of a pharmacy helpful in any way. Scripts were electronically sent to the pharmacy, did not arrive by the time we got there. Was told the scripts would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. Arrived 2 and a half hours later, was charged with no insurance applied. Staff asked if had insurance while holding the insurance card. Was told to call insurance independently. Called insurance was told that cards were not sent out as this insurance company does not do so, and informed the pharmacy usually always calls to get information. Return to pharmacy with information, was then informed that scripts we're not ready. Asked to come back again. Another 30 minutes and finally the gaggle of idiots- I mean sloppy staff, locates the prescription and gives it up. From 50 dollars without insurance to 7 dollars with insurance. If someone hands you an insurance card THAT MEANS THEY HAVE INSURANCE. Never returning to this location again. read more

Everything Taylor wrote about CVS is absolutely accurate. Lexi got lucky. My steroid script from UrgentCare wasn't filled eight hours later. Had to pick it up THE FOLLOWING DAY. Their automated system blew my phone up constantly. Seven times in one eight hour period. Was there three times last week to pick up a script that was sent electronically more than 24 hours earlier. CVS employee told me it would be expedited. Never was. Finally picked it up at 11pm. They are understaffed overworked employees, and that's management's fault. But all in all, it's time to switch pharmacies. read more
