He was not just rude--he was downright disrespectful and condescending. Despite both of us presenting our valid IDs--mine being updated due to age requirements--he refused to accept them without any reasonable explanation. Instead, he chose to speak to us in a way that was utterly unprofessional and dismissive. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. No one should have to deal with that kind of treatment just trying to make a simple purchase. I sincerely hope management takes a good look at how their staff is treating customers, because this was completely unacceptable.
