Slightly "drier" but came with au jus and was delicious. TACOS: Birria 9.5/10 - the meat was super flavorful. The taco shells were crispy like chips. The dipping liquid was seasoned and spiced perfectly. Al Pastor 10/10 - the pork was delicious. I really liked the pineapple mango chutney. My favorite part was the pickled red onions. Pollo Verde 8/10 - the chicken was very flavorful, but drier than the other proteins. This was my "least favorite" of the three tacos, but still absolutely delicious and I would order them again. SIDES: Rice and Beans 9/10 - these were surprisingly so flavorful, I have never had rice and beans that have tasted this good. Instead of just being a filler side these were legitimately delicious. Habanero Mac and Cheese 6.5/10 - the mac and cheese was creamy but firm, with some spice/heat on the back end. This was pretty good, but there are better things to shovel your face with here. OVERALL: 10/10 This was an amazing experience, I'm really glad we had the chance to support a local business. All of the food was very fresh and clearly homemade, they grilled the tacos fresh right in front of us. Both of the people working were very kind and it was enjoyable to hang out with them while we were waiting for the food. We will absolutely be returning.
