For the love of God CVS, PLEASE place some more clerks inside the store to at least two. You have at least 4 windows to attend to the people inside the store. The people who walk there. There are always all kinds of people walking and moving inside the pharmacy area. But never enough of them to help people in line. Why is that? Please, if you prioritize the people in line, you will notice that you will be able to do more and even be more effective at the pick up window. You only have one person and they are super slow.
