But beyond being massive, it was perfectly toasty and cheesy on top with layers of ham and Bechemel inside, and it sat in a pool of glistening hollandaise sauce. Our server, Misty, laughed when I told her that it should come with a disclaimer, but it was honestly one of the best things I've ever eaten for breakfast. It came with a side of breakfast potatoes and a perfectly soft poached egg nestled on top. To top it all off, the coffee was divine. Misty told us it was from Erie Street coffee and they sell it at the restaurant. Note that if you're going to go here, they close at 2:30. We decided to split a special: a breakfast sandwich on a Kaiser roll, with a fried egg (made just right, just a little bit runny), plenty of really crispy bacon and pepper jack cheese (or whatever cheese you prefer). It looked a bit like an egg mcmuffin, but way, way better. It comes with a medium coffee. If you pay cash, they take about 3% off, probably the amount a credit card company charges them.
