Venti order on the sticker in a Grande sized cup. This store is hands down the worst Starbucks location I've ever visited. The other drink I ordered actually came in the Venti cup but the quad shot latte only had one or two shots of espresso at most. I ordered "No Foam" and "No Room" and of course it had foam and only filled to about an inch & 1/2 to the top. This location consistently gets my order wrong and today is the last day I will give my business to this incompetent excuse of the Starbucks brand. I'll go across the street to the Starbucks kiosk in Target from now on. Oh and I won't miss the undersized parking lot and sh*t show the ever present drive-thru traffic jam causes. Could have ordered a dinner at any restaurant and had it cooked and served faster than one cup of coffee and a bagel which took 25 minutes.... But then after getting the order the creme was supposed to be in a small cup on the side....i guess they weren't listening they poured so much creme in the coffee and it's like warm. Filthiest and most incompetent Starbucks ever. This is a complete joke compared to any other Starbucks. I literally travel the country and have been to thousands. This is by far the worst. I'll only get iced drinks and frozen pastries. I don't want the flies in the case walking on my food and I don't want to drink the old gross crusty milk wand gunk. I only go through drive through now. Their bathrooms can be disgusting and condiment bar sticky jam packed with trash. They obviously don't adhere to Starbucks's 15 minute Lobby slide standards. Today I was given $88 in 5s and 1s even though the shift supervisor was right there and able to give me 20s. I said "please give me 20s your boss is right there" he said "she won't let me". How idiotic! Now she has to go make change for the drawer. *face palm* No one uses their head here. Half the time when you order one of the iced teas with lemonade they just give you tea and you need to get it redone. This isn't even a cup marking store, it's stickered. There's no excuse, all they have to do is read a sticker. Do yourself a favor and go to Panera up the road, Tim Horton's, Crown roasting company, or Labyrinth. read more

The most amazing drive thru service I have ever had! Sky is excellent at customer service skills. She suggested a certain coffee because she was out of the seasonal promo one and it was yummy! Went by here on my way to an event and the attendant, Shelline I think was her name, was so happy and pleasant and funny! I didn't mind driving out of my way to 'just get coffee' if I get some one with her personality. Quite literally some of the most rude and ignorant staff I've ever encountered. Sometimes Starbucks tends to be understaffed with seemingly a line out the door but this time it was definitely overstaffed as many people were doing nothing and ignoring customers. My family and I, who were the only customers in there, waited for at least five minutes without being addressed as they gossiped loudly without care. They didn't even make an attempt to address us when we turned to walk out, even after making eye contact with us. This place is terrible, don't recommend. Staff is an embarrassment. read more

I enjoy going to this Starbucks because the staff is so great. Usually I avoid SB and go somewhere else because it's usually a mad house. This one is pretty easy going. They're also accommodating when you wanna experiment with the hidden SB menu items! read more

Sadly this is the only *$ in a hour radius. If I want to go to a consistently good professional one I have to go to erie or buffalo. I refuse to chill in the lobby at night anymore because staff shit talk each other and customers. They will talk on the head sets with each other about people after they left the store or before they drove away. "This lady has lipstick all over her teeth and Amish hair. Hand her her drink and look." When 1 goes on break the other 2 talk about them... when another goes on break the other 2 talk about them. They also think you can't hear them talking in the back room while you're in the men's room. This back stabbing and high school drama belongs with the high schoolers across the street at McDonald's...This doesn't even feel like *$...it feels like generic or imitation. I only get pastries frozen or first thing in the morning so I know they are fresh and not stale. I've been screwed by not checking freshness of my loafs until I've driven away many times. read more

I don't care where you are if there is a Starbucks you can be guaranteed of a fantastic cup of coffee! There is outdoor seating available if that's your thing but I opt for the drive thru so I'm in and out. They are pretty fast even if there is a line I've never waited that long. read more

I really like coming to this location because of the drive thru but the reason for my 4 star instead of a 5 is because they gave me someone's order. I ordered grande of their blonde roast with some soy but instead I got pumpkin spice latte. Don't get me wrong, the pumpkin spice was great but didn't do the job of keeping me up and it was too sweet for me.
