The other drink I ordered actually came in the Venti cup but the quad shot latte only had one or two shots of espresso at most. I ordered "No Foam" and "No Room" and of course it had foam and only filled to about an inch & 1/2 to the top. This location consistently gets my order wrong and today is the last day I will give my business to this incompetent excuse of the Starbucks brand. I'll go across the street to the Starbucks kiosk in Target from now on. Oh and I won't miss the undersized parking lot and sh*t show the ever present drive-thru traffic jam causes. Good riddance.

I will say her cookies are quite delicious. I wrote a few times. We had some messages through Facebook and then the phone call. We spoke about my order. She was going to call me back to complete the order. She never called me back. I was forced to order from Macy's. When I wrote her to politely ask her what happened, and why she didn't call me back she became very rude and snarky. She said she was overwhelmed with health issues. She should have just told me from the beginning that she could not fullfill my $100 order. She was insulting and told me that I "wasn't the type of customer she wanted" wow! She could have cared less and took responsibility for messing up the order but still blamed me for asking what happened. I won't be back. Good products. Rude and Unprofessional customer service.

The team member at the front counter was quick to take our order and was polite. Looking over the rest of the kitchen, it appeared the staff was adhering to all food safety and health standards. The restaurant was clean. It's hard to find another place with as much value as DQ. You get a lot of food for a little cost. The food and ice cream was out quickly and tasted great. The Blizzard was mixed perfectly and I was getting candy in just about every bite. Overall, this was a great experience and I plan to make one more stop here before I return home.
