Hibachi chicken, too much food!!! Lunch tomorrow, the sushi, spicy shrimp was fresh and delish. As always, service was top notch!!

Fried rice is nasty why is there lettuce in it hot lettuce ew but the sushi was very good and everything else I enjoyed

They just had a grand opening here the other day. Asian cuisine, sushi, ramen, wings, bubble tea, ice cream, milk shakes, and a nice atmosphere. Welcome to Jamestown guys! This place has other locations in western NY and we are happy to have them here. Located on Foote in the tops plaza. They did a nice remodeling of the place. Very clean! Very friendly! Very fast! Very delicious! The food was great. If you've never tried anything like this I highly recommend you do because they will walk you through the process if you ask. Awesome food! Unfortunately I cannot provide pictures, but it is really nice. I appreciate the large print menu on the window/wall before entering--it really helps out for people who have a hard time seeing! Then if you decide from there, you can just immediately order. The option to pay with card is also good, as some restaurants like this are strictly cash. the service is very quick, nice, and clean. You have to clean up your table yourself, but I don't mind that at all. Has some food which is good for people who are "new" to Japanese cuisine, or are more used to "familiar" Asian food, and then had some for people who know they like it. It's very appreciated! I went there for my birthday and my whole family loved it. Definitely going to be a usual from now on. Wish the menu was a bit more descriptive as to what you're getting, but it's just a small nitpick. Everything was great! Highly recommend. read more

Probably the worst Chinese food I've ever had. We ordered, house fried rice, which was a sticky mass of flavorless glue, but it did have lots of pieces of meat in it. But, it was still inedible, my one daughter who loves Asian cuisine spit it out, it was that bad. I also got an order general Tso's chicken which was okay at best, it didn't have a lot of flavor other than being sweet, but it was at least edible. The egg rolls looked nothing like the picture online either. They were very small and the wrapper in which it was made was very tough, not flaky or tasty at all. My son started gagging when he tried them. The inside had so much pepper it was also inedible. The crab Rangoons were not bad but they were made with the same wrapper as the egg rolls that was just tough and it almost tasted like it was made the day before and microwaved it was so tough. no crunch or anything just chewy yuck. We also order chicken lo mein it was so badly over cooked the noodles just broke apart when you tried to pick some up. It was also thick paste of nasty, no flavor either. The fried dumplings were okay but served with a dressing that looked like Italian dressing mixed with something else that was sweet. I'm not sure if this was supposed to be duck sauce, can't say I've ever been served this type of sauce with dumplings, but it was horrible. Some of the sauce dripped on my counter and stained it red. It was also tossed in the garbage. The last dish we tried was the pork ramen. This was a chicken base that also lacked flavor. But as far as everything we ordered was the most edible. The packaging looked as though maybe these were not made in house and just bought premade. I will also say I was disappointed with the ordering platform that automatically added a $10 tip for a pick up order. I don't mind tipping but I prefer to tip in cash. It is safe to say we will never be ordering from here again. I think when you offer this many dishes it should have been a red flag. Nothing was done right. It all was disgusting and went in the trash. I almost felt like we were playing a game of bean boozled, you weren't sure if what you were going to taste was the real thing or gras clippings. read more

I've been a good couple times though more just for their boba tea than anything else admittedly, and although the wait times can be a bit much on occasion, the poké bowls and sushi I've tried are always a hit! I wish there were more obviously vegetarian options (you know, not stuff labeled as such but then using animal broth) but otherwise no complaints! If you're a sweet tooth, I recommend the rolled ice cream too! read more

Ordered the teriyaki and the chicken was pretty much microwaved (rubbery/white with no browning or crispiness) over a bed of vegetables that made the entire dish watery and barely any teriyaki flavor. This is by far the most delicious AND least expensive Asian food in Jamestown. A total win. They have fried rice, lo mein, build your own bowls, sushi burritos, and much more - a great selection - not to mention yummy Boba teas. Everything is made fresh and always hits the spot. Stopped in for lunch. We were the only customers. Ordered from the lunch menu - had hibachi chicken, husband had the tuna. The flavors were good but the only thing on our plates that was (barely) warm was the broccoli, everything else was cold. My chicken was tender, but his tuna was tough, tough, tough. This is a counter only establishment where they expect you to buss your own table. Had I known, I never would have offered a 15% tip - you pay before they place your order. read more

I have had the pineapple fried rice from there several times. Tonight was a fail. I pulled up out front and placed my order on my phone and waited 13 minutes of the 15 I was supposed to, then went in. My order was ready. I paid and went home - 1 mile away. My food was not hot and the pineapple was very sour and it hardly had any meat in it this time which is supposed to be chicken, shrimp and crab. Very disappointed. They must have had the pineapple fried rice premade and keeping it warm because in 13 minutes waiting time, it should have been hot if it was made fresh! I probably won't go back for a long time now. We ordered $50 worth of food, and NOTHING in the order contained the ingredients that were listed on the menu. If you're not going to put it in, don't list it as an ingredient. I ordered a ramen bowl that should have had shrimp, scallop, fish cake squid and bamboo shoots. All that was in it was shrimp and imitation crab meat. VERY disappointed. I also ordered a bubble tea that was nothing more than watered down milk with fruit flavoring. No bubbles. It was warm, and just gross. I've had it from other places and it was great. read more
