The general tso is the BEST... unfortunately the 4 stars are for portion size which has shrunk dramatically over the years

I would not recommend this restaurant. We had the orange chicken,fried shrimp,,sesame chicken.It tasted like it was sitting around for hours.The coating was tough and chewy.I have been to many Chinese restaurants coast to coast and this was the worst. It's Chinese food. Nothing to write home about. Prices aren't terrible. It gets 2 stars because the service is atrocious. You literally spend more time waiting in line to pick up your food than it takes to order, have it made, and drive there. No joke, it's 15-30 min in line with people staring at each other. This place gets 3 stars instead of 2 because sometimes I crave Chinese food and I'm surprised there's a Chinese restaurant in this area. Large parking lot available. The food is really not that great. The menu is the same as any other place but the restaurant is really dirty inside and the flavor of the food reflects this. This was the worst Chinese food we have ever had. There was absolutely no taste to the Pork Fried Rice; the Roast Pork Lo Mein had a bad taste, rubbery pork; the General Tsos Chicken was rubbery and a weird taste; and the egg rolls were terrible. It came to $43 and we each had a few bites of everything and then threw it away. We would not recommend this restaurant. read more

Absolute worst customer service!!!! Called from Warren Pa to have it ready when we got there. Waited in the place for 25minutes after I got there. Woman kept taking phone orders but would not wait on people to pass out food for those who were there. I was gone so long my wife called them to see if I was there!!!! We waited 4 months. Last night we stopped to get 2 quarts of Wonton soup. The woman told my wife to circle what she wanted. After several minutes and the woman continued to take phone orders she still had nit taken our order. We will now get our Chinese food when we are out of town. I would not recommend thus place any more. They need a counter person who speaks English and can wait on the people who come to get their food! read more

They changed everything :( not the best anymore. Now there's onions in the crab Rangoon and everything is pretty much frozen then fried. I don't think they actually make anything anymore :( Last two times I asked for hot oil and extra general tsos sauce last two times I got neither. read more

Just began hitting those Fall temps. Fireplace in the air, leaves juuuuussst beginning to turn. So ofc to Best for their chicken noodle soup and pork fried rice. Oh myyyyyy. So good. The broth is homemade from bones and the noodles are fresh cooked. The rice has that beautiful wok char with those beautiful sesame and chili oils. Nice chunks of fresh braised pork. Soooooo good on a beautiful early Fall evening. You can smell it in the air. This is going to be a great one! Especially with Best Kitchen soups and dinners on tap. read more

The people who work here are nice and the food is ok as far as Chinese food goes. The portions are massive which is a plus. My go-to here is General Tso with the crab rangoon. My biggest gripe about this place is that they STILL won't take credit cards. And depending on the day/time you may need to go back downtown to get cash from an ATM. Food is usually ready within 15-20 minutes which is impressive considering they get some high volume orders at times. read more

I stop in here about once a month for lunch - usually eat it on the premises. The atmosphere is typical of a small Chinese kitchen with limited seating. Seems they do mostly takeout. I am fond of their garlic sauce and usually order roasted pork or shrimp with garlic sauce and broccoli. Hot and Sour soup on the side with fried rice. The H&S soup is not quite to my liking but I take the leftover home and doctor it up with some rice vinegar and ginger. They make the meals to order and with fresh vegetables and ingredients. The best at being the worst. The older lady taking our orders was pretty rude. Not welcoming at all. You walk in get a paper menu and fill it out. This local take out Resturant has been open for some time now and it's our usual Chinese take out place we go to. The family that runs this are quite friendly and attentive. Their menu is standard fare, but everything they have prepared for us has been good and fresh. I personally enjoy their shrimp egg rolls which are a bit bigger then standard egg rolls and have an excellent flavor. Had the worst experience with this place. First off, the door has been broken for months and they just have a sign up saying caution when opening door, and then it just about slices your foot off. Next, we order and they only take cash which is fine but the lady was very nasty about it. Then we went back because it took 20 minutes to prepare our food. When my husband went to check the food the lady very hastily said "IT IS ALL THERE" and he was like okay and we just walked out the door after being yelled at just for double checking to make sure everything was there. Then, got home food tasted okay and then ended up making both of us extremely ill. This is one dump you don't want to go into. Trust me it's not worth it. I have been going to this restaurant for the past 6 years and their quality is top of the line in this town. Their menu is incredible, they provide the friendliest and fastest service, especially for how busy they can get. I went in and ordered 3 combos and pork rolls and as I waited in the parking lot afterwards, people were in and out like crazy and my food still only took 30 minutes. The food was dished up neatly and was even aesthetically pleasing. The pork rolls were crispy and delicious and I also ordered general tso, orange & sweet and sour chicken, all amazing.
