So many years order food and still my best we enjoy there food love it fresh ,good service

The general tso is the BEST... unfortunately the 4 stars are for portion size which has shrunk dramatically over the years

I would not recommend this restaurant. We had the orange chicken, fried shrimp,,sesame chicken. It tasted like it was sitting around for hours. The coating was tough and chewy.I have been to many Chinese restaurants coast to coast and this was the worst. Better off buying frozen Chinese in the freezer section. Don't waist your $$$. read more

It's Chinese food. Nothing to write home about. Prices aren't terrible. It gets 2 stars because the service is atrocious. You literally spend more time waiting in line to pick up your food than it takes to order, have it made, and drive there. No joke, it's 15-30 min in line with people staring at each other. The inside is kinda gross as well, but most Chinese places are like that. Moral of the story - if you are overly hungry or in a hurry, better find somewhere else. read more

This place gets 3 stars instead of 2 because sometimes I crave Chinese food and I'm surprised there's a Chinese restaurant in this area. Large parking lot available. The food is really not that great. The menu is the same as any other place but the restaurant is really dirty inside and the flavor of the food reflects this. The rice tastes like the bag it came in, the vegetable lo mein included broccoli as the only vegetable in it... too many negatives rather than positives for me to consider ordering here again read more

Hard working team who make great food. A GEM of a take-out restaurant in Jamestown. Remember, these are two people working hard at the American dream, so keep your shirt on and be patient, lots of other people in this town like this restaurant, too, and, you may have to wait a few minutes even if you called ahead, especially during dinner hours. CASH Only! read more

Terrible service, terrible food, terrible prices, and the place is filthy. I strongly suggest that you avoid this place. Terrible! The woman working the front is so rude. read more

This place makes some amazing food. Don't sleep on it! I've tried the Happy Family and it's was great.

This was the worst Chinese food we have ever had. There was absolutely no taste to the Pork Fried Rice; the Roast Pork Lo Mein had a bad taste, rubbery pork; the General Tsos Chicken was rubbery and a weird taste; and the egg rolls were terrible. It came to $43 and we each had a few bites of everything and then threw it away. We would not recommend this restaurant. read more

This place was a pleasant surprise. Very good Chinese food - the ingredients are super-fresh and tasty - had pork fried rice, Szechuan beef, and sesame chicken and all hit it out of the park. We'll be turning this out regularly! read more

Absolute worst customer service!!!! Called from Warren Pa to have it ready when we got there. Waited in the place for 25minutes after I got there. Woman kept taking phone orders but would not wait on people to pass out food for those who were there. I was gone so long my wife called them to see if I was there!!!! We waited 4 months. Last night we stopped to get 2 quarts of Wonton soup. The woman told my wife to circle what she wanted. After several minutes and the woman continued to take phone orders she still had nit taken our order. We will now get our Chinese food when we are out of town. I would not recommend thus place any more. They need a counter person who speaks English and can wait on the people who come to get their food! read more

Always provides awesome food and quick service. Just remember they are a cash only business. Worth the trip to the ATM first.

They changed everything :( not the best anymore. Now there's onions in the crab Rangoon and everything is pretty much frozen then fried. I don't think they actually make anything anymore :( Last two times I asked for hot oil and extra general tsos sauce last two times I got neither. read more

Best Kitchen - Not the best anymore :( - Chinese Near Me - Jamestown, New York

Just began hitting those Fall temps. Fireplace in the air, leaves juuuuussst beginning to turn. So ofc to Best for their chicken noodle soup and pork fried rice. Oh myyyyyy. So good. The broth is homemade from bones and the noodles are fresh cooked. The rice has that beautiful wok char with those beautiful sesame and chili oils. Nice chunks of fresh braised pork. Soooooo good on a beautiful early Fall evening. You can smell it in the air. This is going to be a great one! Especially with Best Kitchen soups and dinners on tap. read more

By far the only take out chinese place I trust in Jamestown. They have big portions and are quick. Staff is friendly and the prices are great. read more

Best Kitchen - Shrimp lo mein, classic egg roll and shrimp egg roll. - Chinese Near Me - Jamestown, New York

The people who work here are nice and the food is ok as far as Chinese food goes. The portions are massive which is a plus. My go-to here is General Tso with the crab rangoon. My biggest gripe about this place is that they STILL won't take credit cards. And depending on the day/time you may need to go back downtown to get cash from an ATM. Food is usually ready within 15-20 minutes which is impressive considering they get some high volume orders at times. read more

I stop in here about once a month for lunch - usually eat it on the premises. The atmosphere is typical of a small Chinese kitchen with limited seating. Seems they do mostly takeout. I am fond of their garlic sauce and usually order roasted pork or shrimp with garlic sauce and broccoli. Hot and Sour soup on the side with fried rice. The H&S soup is not quite to my liking but I take the leftover home and doctor it up with some rice vinegar and ginger. They make the meals to order and with fresh vegetables and ingredients. The veggies are always cooked just right - with a crunch. read more

Best Chinese food in town. I wouldn't waste your time or money going anywhere else. I have never been disappointed, and the customer service is awesome. read more

The best at being the worst. The older lady taking our orders was pretty rude. Not welcoming at all. You walk in get a paper menu and fill it out. You get in line in the middle of the store and hand her the paper. She reads it yells it back to a guy and tells you how much $ she wants. Cash only. Very dingy dusty uncomfortable place. Greasy egg rolls with hardly any meat. Sickly sweet general chicken with chunks of grizzle, cartilage, and 1 piece of bone. Overcooked dry in the middle crab Rangoon with hardly any filling. Avoid read more

This local take out Resturant has been open for some time now and it's our usual Chinese take out place we go to. The family that runs this are quite friendly and attentive. Their menu is standard fare, but everything they have prepared for us has been good and fresh. I personally enjoy their shrimp egg rolls which are a bit bigger then standard egg rolls and have an excellent flavor. They fry them at the appropriate temperature so they do not come out soggy or burnt. When wanting take out, this is the best. Remember this is cash only so be prepared. read more

Best Kitchen - Good sized and perfectly fried. Cabbage flavor is excellent and the shrimp is whole. - Chinese Near Me - Jamestown, New York

Had the worst experience with this place. First off, the door has been broken for months and they just have a sign up saying caution when opening door, and then it just about slices your foot off. Next, we order and they only take cash which is fine but the lady was very nasty about it. Then we went back because it took 20 minutes to prepare our food. When my husband went to check the food the lady very hastily said "IT IS ALL THERE" and he was like okay and we just walked out the door after being yelled at just for double checking to make sure everything was there. Then, got home food tasted okay and then ended up making both of us extremely ill. This is one dump you don't want to go into. Trust me it's not worth it. It's not one of those oh looks gross I bet they have great food. No just no. Stay far away from it. read more

My go to Chinese food place! Love the rice and broccoli!!!! Always craving this on a Friday after a long week:)

Nice employees, the place is kept clean and has plenty of room for waiting, plus they have a good selection of dishes. I ordered the Beef with Broccoli meal, which was pretty good. I'd say that it's your average chinese take-out restaurant, but I'm giving it an extra star since I'm surprised that Jamestown actually has a decent chinese take-out restaurant! :p *warning - they only accept cash* read more

Good food but slow as fuck , she don't like giving out orders only answering phones while her husband cooks , hands the orders out , she is slow in all areas of that restaurant read more

Best Chinese food in town. No frills but always good! Only downfall is it's cash only.

Terrible Chinese food, general tso is the worst I've ever had, wonton tastes like dish water. Moo goo gai pan chicken is weird, seems boiled? Even their rice is terrible. Will never go again. read more

Best Chinese food in town. The family that runs it is great. The joint itself could be cleaner, but it's a takeout place... My whole family has loved every dish we've ever ordered from there. read more

I have been going to this restaurant for the past 6 years and their quality is top of the line in this town. Their menu is incredible, they provide the friendliest and fastest service, especially for how busy they can get. I went in and ordered 3 combos and pork rolls and as I waited in the parking lot afterwards, people were in and out like crazy and my food still only took 30 minutes. The food was dished up neatly and was even aesthetically pleasing. The pork rolls were crispy and delicious and I also ordered general tso, orange & sweet and sour chicken, all amazing. The rice was cooked perfectly and everything was exactly how I asked for it, it made for a great night and I highly recommend this restaurant!! read more

On two separate occasions we got food poising. The woman at the cash register was extremely rude when we decided to 'check to make sure all of our food was in the bag'. Go to Tokyo Cuisine; it wont make you sick read more
