Definitely can't complain. Reasonably priced & lots of food to choose from including Chinese, American & sushi. I was trying to eat healthy & high protein and was able to get a variety of seafood & meats (chicken, salmon, shrimp, beef) that were not fried or in heavy sauce or oil. The string beans were very good & and so were the mushrooms. They had lots of fresh sliced watermelon. They were pretty busy for a Tuesday night, and they kept refilling the containers. I did not have any of the sushi, because people were eating a lot of it, and it was hard for the sushi chef to keep up with making it. We only had water to drink. Food was not the best it was cold and not as clean as I thought it should be. The service was terrible they're definitely against anything black or brown to the point that we were getting called names and they didn't even allow us a refill on our drinks. We asked about the price online and the guy manager had an attitude and was being rude the whole time when asking I told him it was my 1st time here and didn't notice. He continued to be rude and disrespectful I would never eat here again and they need an inspector to come into that establishment it's terrible. read more

Amazing buffet. From Sushi and Mongolian BBQ to the dessert bar. The chicken on a stick was super moist and well seasoned. Many appetizers to choose from. Hot and sour soup was great. Lots of chicken dishes. The fresh fruit and dessert bar was topped with the best peanut brittle ever. 2 negatives...non of the hot dishes were above lukewarm and the ice cream was soft and mushy. They also offer hibachi, where you can choose what goes in it by yourself. The place is clean and food was hot and delicious. Walking in the entrance is very clean. The Buffet set up is easy to maneuver around and they have a nice selection of different oriental and American choices. We have come here every time we come to Erie. It's actually something our family really looks forward to. Happy to report the buffet is still tops and the price, still affordable, They have all the popular asian dishes and then some. There is a good variety of vegetarian, beef, chicken and seafood dishes. The sushi is decent and there's a Mongolian bbq if you want. Really good food but it's usually lukewarm. The ice cream freezer doesn't keep it below mushy temperature but otherwise the flavor of the food is good. I also learned that if you go there before 3:00 you pay lunch prices for the exact same food as they serve for dinner and you save around $3. My relatives also ask for the senior citizen discount which saves them $1.50 if anyone is over 60 years old. read more

Great deal for the price. I wasn't expecting gourmet food, but there can't be a better value, maybe anywhere. To my surprise, beverages were included in the modest dinner price. There's a stir-fry station & sushi besides the buffet. I don't eat sushi, so I can't judge that, but everything else was fine enough. Initially the plan was to eat at another "GOLDEN" buffet in Erie but the restaurant unexpectedly closed mid day due to no hot water. I was surprised at the first visit. This is a restaurant but also a buffet. They serve a full range buffet including soup, salad bar, sushi and a great dessert section. The cleanliness of the entire business is immaculate. Secondly, I was there primarily to try a new buffet in Erie. Prior reports listed their buffet selection as small. It is anything but. They have all the classics. Including better soup options than most other Asian buffets in the Erie area. Overall, a pleasant surprise. Close to great shopping in Millcreek. Our town lost all the Chinese restaurants due to Covid-19 restrictions, so it's been over a year since I ate moo goo gai pan! I checked for a Chinese restaurant near our hotel that might be open, and found this one. It's in a safe plaza near Sam's Club, and there were three rows of cars outside it, so I went inside and asked if they had it on their menu. The chef made me a special order with fried rice and hot tea. Fresh mushrooms, carrots, celery, zucchini, and chicken! Then I got a carry out box for all the leftovers. Wonderful service. My husband ate his favorites from the buffet, including his favorite macaroons, so we are both happy and full. I didn't even look at the buffet tables, but they were loaded with various items I might also like, but my craving for moo goo is finally satisfied. read more

We went there on Saturday (03/05/2022) around 1:30 pm. It was the first time we eat here. We are from Pittsburgh, so drove about 2 hours to get there for the buffet and the beach. I was impressed by the quality of food, affordable price and friendly customer service. Below are the pros and cons of the buffet, Pros: Good quality of food. The food is fresh, warm and tasty. Great quantity of food. They have many food bars for you to choose. They have 10 food bars in total, 6 steam food bars: main dishes, Chinese foods, fried rice, noodles, dumpling, vegetables, etc. 1 Mexican grill bar: You can select the raw food, then let them add the sauce and grill it for you. I have not tried it yet. 1 sushi bar: Various sushi rolls. I have not tried them yet, so I could not say much, but they look good. 1 desert bar: Many good cakes for desert 1 ice cream bar: Different flavors of ice creams. I have not tried it yet Price is very affordable compared to the food options and quality of food. Customer service is great. Which is really rare in buffet. Linda was our waitresses, and she is the best. Attentive to our table as well as other customers. She made sure our water is always full, table are clean(take out finished dishes, clean the table right away after the customer left), and help us if we need anything. I saw she does that to other tables too. She is a hard worker and a great waitress! The buffet also provide a napkin box for each table which is helpful in case you need extra napkins. Cons: The cleaned dishes had a lot of water on it. I guess when they cleaned the dirty dishes in the kitchen, they did not let them dry, but bring them directly to the food bars, so they still have a lot of water on? I checked all the food bars and all the cleaned dishes are the same. Luckily, they provide the napkin box on each table, so I took some napkins to clean the dishes before I put the food on it, and I had to do that every time I get new dishes... I understand that they had many customers, so they want to wash and refill the dishes quickly, but still, they should dry the dishes before bring them out. The portion of the food is "too large"? By too large I mean the food was cut into a large pieces, so we were full after a few dishes. We wish we could try a little bit of everything, but we could not... Rating: Quality of food: 5/5 Quantity of food: 5/5 Price: 5/5 Customer service: 5+/5 Cleanish: 4/5 Portion of food: 3/5 Overall: 4/5 Overall, I think this is one of best Chinese buffets in Erie, and I do recommend to check it out when you are in the area. My husband has never been a Fan of Asian Cuisine but friends invited us to Imperial Buffet. Boy did this place change his Mind!! He said it may now be one of his favorite places to eat. Everything was so clean and well maintained. There was actually someone with a Testor making sure the Food was proper Temperature and Safe. There wasn't anything we didn't like. We were greeted at the Door by a very nice person. Service was excellent. No complaints what so ever. We have been back since and look forward to going again!! read more
