I was trying to eat healthy & high protein and was able to get a variety of seafood & meats (chicken, salmon, shrimp, beef) that were not fried or in heavy sauce or oil. The string beans were very good & and so were the mushrooms. They had lots of fresh sliced watermelon. They were pretty busy for a Tuesday night, and they kept refilling the containers. I did not have any of the sushi, because people were eating a lot of it, and it was hard for the sushi chef to keep up with making it. We only had water to drink. The AYCE lunch buffet for adults is $9.99; less for children. As a result, it's a popular spot for families. The buffet is a single long central bar, with an unusual design feature: It's shaped like the hull of a Chinese junk! Soups were wonton and hot and sour; there was pepper beef, sauteed bok Choi; button mushrooms in a light broth; sweet and sour chicken; my favorite were the small steamed clams! The owner came by several times to check on us: "Eat more!" she said. (In China, this is the most hospitable thing one person can say to another). We enjoyed the stir fries and soups so much, we couldn't eat a bite of the multiple desserts: puddings, peach slices, jello, and sliced bananas. There's also a self-serve ice cream chest in the back. Parking is in a shared strip mall lot, so it's safe at all hours.
