Im hoping they can eventually make this improvement. The landlord apparently doesn't feel obligated to repair the boiler or replace with a more efficient, less expensive Mini split . I've been a landlord for almost 20 years and typically the landlords responsible for providing working heat. Believe its a law, and they should pursue it with the landlord.
