They are prompt about getting food to customers. It's always good if not great. They need to make some money to get a boiler repair or change out to a Mini split HVAC DIY unit. Im hoping they can eventually make this improvement. The landlord apparently doesn't feel obligated to repair the boiler or replace with a more efficient, less expensive Mini split . I've been a landlord for almost 20 years and typically the landlords responsible for providing working heat. Believe its a law, and they should pursue it with the landlord.
