She got back to me within 12 hours and low and behold, I had entered the information incorrectly. After placing my order, I received an e-mail conformation, and was subsequently notified when my order had been shipped. To summarize; I placed my order on a Tuesday, and had a finished product on my doorstep that following Monday. Color dye wasn't through and through in the strand thread. Sent items back. Company then emailed me and said that they do not take a refund or exchange on the items I purchased. They kept the three shirts I sent to them and did not issue me a refund. Had to dispute claim with PayPal. Then company only refunded me half the amount while still keeping the three shirts. This has been the biggest headache! I would never do business with them. Just want to save everyone trouble.
