They said their system is scheduling 8 times the amount of actual available slots. I know from friends they've had this issue here for weeks. There is always an issue at this store They seem to forget I have insurance frequently. I get texted prescriptions are ready when they're actually not. Avoid at all costs.

When I called the main line and got through to the store manager I was told that the auto response was wrong, that they had asked corporate to fix it. I have sat at the drive thru window and watched 4 workers absolutely ignore me and there was no customer at the inside counter. They must be understaffed and this is an ongoing problem. I got to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy is closed. All weekend. Now weather has made it impossible to get in and I'm out of my meds. I actually had asked my doctor to phone in the prescription to a different pharmacy but it was sent here in error. Will be trying to transfer remaining refills ASAP.

The drive through line takes a long time but that's normal with Walgreens prescription pickup. I'm sure the pharmacists are doing their best considering the long lines but inside takes a long time too. They are swamped in the pharmacy and don't seem to have many other regular shoppers since so many of their shelves are empty.

An employee named Tracy, every-time she is at the register is rude, not a hello nor a good morning just gives your total with a miserable face. I can't forget to mention an employee that I was informed his name was David at the pharmacy, cause he refused to give me his name when asked. Seems he doesn't wear his name tag, if that was his actual name, he is a person with such a terrible condescending attitude when you inquire about your medications etc. They only get business because there are only 2 Walgreens in the city and they are far apart. I'm happy I moved from Charlottesville and get to visit a different Walgreens in my new city where they do know what customer service is all about. Save yourself a headache and visit a CVS while in Charlottesville.
