We've been trying to transfer service to a locally owned pharmacy where we get much better service but office records all have Walgreens in our files. Slowly getting them all changed. We've had to wait between 48 and 72 hours for both antibiotics and pain meds with several incidents requiring additional Urgent Care and Emergency Department visits because Walgreens is holding the prescription hostage. Three separate times I tried to pick up prescriptions to find that it was closed because there was no pharmacist available. This is not patient-centered and I don't know how licensing boards allow them to stay open.

Every time the needle went into my lip I had a bit of an involuntary twitch, so she would ask if I was ok or needed anything. It didn't really hurt, more of just a pinch. The filler being injected was an interesting feeling, I can't really explain that....just interesting. Not painful. It was over before I knew it. I was in and out in a little less than an hour. I love the results. Really just beautiful. I'm not sure where the swelling ends and my fillers begin yet but I am very excited!!!
