Don't even waste your time, all staff is rude and the pharmacy never has medications in stock.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. The head pharmacist was extremely rude and the whole process was poorly run.

I went with their whole sub deal where you get a whole sub for $8.49 which came to $9.16 after tax. On my sub I got turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, Mayo and salt and pepper on whole wheat bread. This thing was MASSIVE. The picture I posted is only half of the sub. I had been wanting turkey all day and the taste did not disappoint. Ate half then had the other half the next day. For a sweet treat I went for one of their donuts. I got the chocolate cake donut with a thick chocolate glaze. Or maybe it was a chocolate sauce? Not sure. So the donut itself was a bit dry. Needed some milk which I didn't have but oh well. The chocolate topping was delicious. I ate the dry bottom part first so that I could taste more of the topping which worked out beautifully. Because the donut was kinda dense, I decided to only eat half cause I didn't wanna feel so heavy. Half was enough tho and I ate the other half the next day. I would 100% order more subs from there. They're delicious, HUGE and you get what you pay for. The donut.....I'd probably try a different flavor.

I'm going to start out by saying, yes, this CVS is understaffed. But the people who staff it are…read morecrushing it! I've seen the people at the pharmacy be berated for things that are beyond their control and they really are doing the best they can. Mamagita (I hope I spelled her name correctly) is THE best pharmacist I've ever encountered. She is professional and she can fix ANY problem. She has handled two situations with my meds that would normally send me over the edge. I really have no words, she is THE BEST. Oh, and this place does camera development well, just make sure you keep your receipt or take a picture of it!

I desperately needed my anti-depressants that I've already skipped two days and was experiencing bad withdrawal from. So I made the mistake of going there immediately after I got my prescription. I understood that I would have to wait until the pharmacist was finished putting it together, and patiently allowed them the to take care of all the other customers first until the line was gone and I was the last person left. While serving everyone the manager had a casual conversation with us about how they're understaffed because no one wants to work there. Me and several other customers pointed out that other CVS locations are fully staffed and don't have trouble finding employees. He stated that's because CVS makes sure that those locations get people since they're busier locations. I stated that just proves it's not people not wanting to work, but CVS not wanting to give this location employees. The manager didn't like that comment apparently. He was polite to all the other customers except me because he didn't like my opinions on the matter. When they were ready with my medication and serving all of the other customers, I went back up to the counter and politely mentioned that I had a Good RX coupon as well. The store manager proceeded to throw a fit and grab my phone out of my hand, and throw my phone and my medicine and tell me I had to wait even longer now because he needed that before the medicine was ready. Turns out the pharmacist already did the Good RX coupon and all he had to do was ask him to make sure it was done instead of throwing a temper tantrum. He was completely unprofessional for that. Moral of the story, CVS needs to hire more people since clearly their store managers are so stressed that they feel the need to behave this way. They need to make sure store managers stay in the back and have no business with customers if this is how they're going to act. And if they can't get anybody to work then they need to start transferring people from fully staffed locations. Do better CVS!

Their communication about this is non existent. I have had my prescription sent in and then waited and waited for them to text and let us know it's ready with no word from them. Only after getting close or completely running out of meds have I called and asked and they will tell you. The lack of proactive communication about this is so frustrating because there is often some step that I need to take that could've been communicated to me earlier. Of course this varies depending on your insurance or medication type. You can check this on an app to compare costs (can't remember the name).
