I have stopped in during multiple times of the day; brunch, happy, and dinner and each time I have had a wonderful experience. They have valet parking on site; it is $10 during the weekdays/before 6pm or so, after that it is $20. They have security at the door that is checking people and bags, which I love because it makes me feel safe during my visit! When it comes to the food, I have tried a variety of things; the chicken and waffles, the lavon (my favorite), the crab cake Benedict, the tacos, the truffle fries, and the sliders and everything has always been delicious! Was very excited to try this establishment with four of my other friends. If I do decide to come here I'll probably sit at the bar, or outside. The inside seating is so awkward, and you have to listen to chairs, and tables getting shifted around throughout your stay. Also the experience is so awkward with the table to chair ratio. My lemon drop was okay which i feel like you can't go wrong on a common drink like that( but it did) . I asked for grey goose and i know for a fact, i was poured house vodka instead. Our server was okay, the experience with her was not very memorable. The food needs improvement. My short rib was over-cooked. The meat was entirely too tough to eat, so I didn't finish it. All right, let's get into this review, the Hookah choices are different. They offer a few different bases and a few different fruit bowls, and they even have one with Hennessy in it... My friend said it tasted amazing, but I was so full when I got there, I didn't even get a chance to try the food so I definitely will be back because it looked amazing. This looks like it might be a dope brunch spot. I was there on a Friday night. The parking situation is nuts because they share parking with Taranga city and other lounges so it is like running a gauntlet to get all the way down to the bottom to where parking at Weezys is and it is valet $20 parking on Fridays. AND IT TOOK 10 minutes to get out that bih! The reason why it is four stars instead of five is because they allow smoking in here. Don't get me wrong, I smoke hookah, but I don't want to smell anything else... Or smell like anything else... So heads up, they do allow smoking in here if that's good awesome if it's bad just know. And also Service was really slow. Like our waitress was attentive, but it was taking 10-15 minutes to get refills on drinks. The food took about 35 minutes to come out. The hookah was the fastest thing out which was probably about 10 minutes. If there was a smoking section and quicker ticket times, this would be easily a favorite. I will start off with the good news the food was great! The drinks were good. However, the service was horrible. My second round of drinks, arrived with a bug in it. It took me having to ask the server more than once for things--she kept forgetting. Also, once our food arrived, she never checked back with us to see how the food was and if we needed anything additional until the end of the meal. It's new and they are still working out the kinks. Weezy's is nicely tucked away and there are VERY small signs leading you where to go. The parking is awful and the fee is $20. It's asphalt (I believe) with more cracks and potholes than the streets of Atlanta. If you are unlucky and don't secure parking down the hill, walking in heels to get to the front door is a death trap. Once inside, we had a reservation that was confirmed prior to our arrival but they still didn't have our table ready. It wasn't crowded by any means, they just weren't prepared. But they pushed some lounge chairs together quickly and seated us. The next interesting feature is lack of temperature control. The windows aren't fully sealed so whatever the temperature is outside will be felt inside. It's cold so they had a space heater in front of our section but we were still cold. In the summer it's going to be sweltering. The customer service aside from what was previously mentioned was great! Everyone was very kind, food and drinks came out quickly. The drinks were strong and the taste was amazing! Kudos to the bartender! The food was just ok. The short rib sliders tasted like bbq beef. The oxtails and grits were decent. I went with a group of ladies to celebrate a friend's birthday yesterday. We loved every moment. All of the staff were super nice and professional. But big ups to Taylor she was great!! The sign does not specify that it is for specific place. Which that's another reason why they should ask specifically where people are going to give correct pricing. I was told the $10 parking was for salon suites now I dont know if they were just covering for the person that charged $20 or if it's $10 during the week and $20 on weekends. But there is another review where a lady stated she paid $10 for parking. There is also another review saying parking ranges from $10-20 on the weekends and free during the week. Why is self parking rates not a specific amount especially when there is a sign that says self parking is $10 right by the restaurant. It gives you more of a lounge than a restaurant feeling on top of that you have people smoking weed. They really should've had only finger foods on their menu due to the table and chairs combo which is more like a side table and a lounge chair. The food was mediocre.. They made her pay a $25 deposit for each person. They take it off the bill at the end but they will only accept 4 payments for the check. No separate bills. So a party of 10 is left to figure out how to split the bill and make sure the person who paid the deposit is reimbursed. $20 to park down the hill and $40 to park in front.
