This place is brand new and boy was it packed. It's also a very small location. I opted to take my food to go because I didn't want to take up a whole table and I was by myself. I waited about 30 minutes for my food and they did mess my order up but offered me an extra of the empadilla that I ordered. The roasted pork was a little too salty for me but everything else I tried was pretty good. All in all I would give them another try once the hype of it being new hopefully dies down.

Had the bistec encebollado and the pincho with BBQ sauce. Very flavorful and tender!

My wife is half Puerto Rican and both of us are from the North East where Puerto Rican food is in abundance (think Vejigantes in Boston, and Casa Adela in New York). We also have been to San Juan and Fajardo a few times, and this spot can hold a candle to all of those spots. The arroz con gandules was on point, the steak and onions were super tender and flavorful, and was paired with decent sweet plantains (could have used more caramelization). Pinchos were juicy with a great sear and great BBQ sauce. Bacalaitos were well seasoned and worked well with the house made pique! Awesome service as the waiter was very attentive and food came out in a timely manner. Grateful to find Puerto Rican Food in the city of Atlanta and not feel like I need to go to the Northeast, Florida, PR or have to cook it myself to get my fix!

Salad - streak and rice and beans and beans plantains. American translation.

Amazing and authentic. They are not playing. I sat and feasted on all of my New York favorites. I grew up next to Spanish Harlem and this was like being at home. Thank you all for the delicious food.

Oh man, I was so happy to see this place is still around growing up in Georgia and my childhood. I…read morethink I was born in middle school and I don't even know what year that was but anyways the point is I remember my mother drove us out here and it took us like I think 45 minutes or so, which felt like forever to me as a kid but the food did not disappoint finally some Latin flavored food in Georgia because we are originally from Florida, so we are used to the Caribbean food and so recently I had moved back as an adult and this place is actually very close to my job and I was like oh man let me go check them out and so I Went place an order. I should've called ahead cause that was on my lunch break because it did take some time, but anyways I ordered the Ropa Vieja that came with rice and black beans and I also ordered the sampler which came with ham Coqueta fried yucca and you got cheese balls and let me know you get into the sauces that they provided because those things are phenomenal. Definitely will be coming back to this place is totally a hidden gem and I love that they decorated the place so beautifully and they even have a nice bar.

Gave this restaurant a one time try with my son and NEVER AGAIN!!! First issue....Dominican…read morerestaurant but most of the food is Puerto Rican. How do I know, was married to a PR for years. Nothing wrong with a Dominican place cooking PR food but just make sure that its executed well. My son ordered baccalaito and was shocked by the presentation....it was inside a red sauce. Well this dish is normally made with fried cod fish fritters. I ordered alcapurria....0 flavor in the beef, had a weired rectangle shape and it was darkly burned. Which let us know that this restaurant owner doesnt care about the food quality. Thank god that I only ordered the alcapurria and not a full plate. Wont be returning!

Place used to be 5 for me but after what was just experienced, I'll never do business with this…read moreplace again. My daughter asked for 3-4 different items that is listed on their menu. Which were all denied out of being told they weren't offering any of those (sandwiches, salads) due to being too busy. Then were blindly charging an amount that does not match their online pricing. Even if they are not affiliated with DoorDash anymore for example, they should make sure it is completely removed and have an updated menu created if needed. If their prices have went up, it is at a restaurant rate when they are not a restaurant. When called out on this, the pricing was matched closer to what I manually tallied. I heard ownership has changed, making me question if that's why this experience took place vs very different experiences in the past. At that point, I used to constantly order lunch from here and do large catering orders for house parties of 50-80+ people. This created such a terrible taste, it will be the last time I order with them. I hope to see they do better and don't permanently ruin what was once so great. The food used to remind me of NY Bodega food. Now, no where near the same taste or quality. I'm so disappointed and upset I spent $$ on this.
