I've just seen a slight but perceivable decline in their enthusiasm for customer service and, as it is elsewhere, it seems to show up when locales aren't even really busy. That was the situation here. I'd like to move them back up to 5, but this more sullen reception keeps Papi's in Midtown at 4 stars. I heard ownership has changed, making me question if that's why this experience took place vs very different experiences in the past. At that point, I used to constantly order lunch from here and do large catering orders for house parties of 50-80+ people.
