Early COVID days were rough. Most businesses couldn't open... John at Epoch hustled to get me outfitted to pull an RV. The new cars are all computers... and a VOLVO has some unique electronics. John is a master mechanic and a wizard with the technology. He was meticulous with his work. I am really appreciative of the special care they took to make sure that my cars safety technology interfaced with the braking system on the trailer I was pulling. They really did flawless work and went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect before I made a COVID cross country pilgrimage.
