Should have only taken 4 business days to get fixed but as of today, still haven't gotten it back. I called on Friday 3/24 to ask about the status of my car and I was told "It's on track to be finished any day now, most likely by next Monday. Someone will call you on Monday"....come 2:30-3pm on Monday, still no phone call from anyone. So again I called and asked about the status of my car. Again I was told my car is "on track" to be finished "any day now" and someone will reach out to me. Yesterday afternoon (Tuesday 3/28) someone finally calls me and says my car will be done by the next afternoon (today, Wednesday 3/29) and I will get called when it's ready. As of 3pm today, still no phone call....a third time, I called and asked about my car. "It should be done by the end of the day"....well it's past 6pm and I never got a call. They close at 6pm. I just want my car back! I don't understand why it's taking so long for a simple rear bumper The one star is due to the lack of communication thus far. I will update this review once I get my car back and see how it looks. Update 4/1/17: picked up my car today and it looks great. The rear bumper looks really good and they even took the time to wash my car and wipe down the inside of the car as well. They even took the time to get the tree sap off the hood of my car that I've been unable to get off myself, which was nice of them to do. Overall they did a great job, and I'm happy with how the car looks and that they did a little extra in getting the tree sap off the hood. The only thing is I wish communication with me would have been a little bit better.
