Details of my experience follow, but suffice to say, I would highly recommend these folks. I had them perform a pre-trip inspection on my car to see whether the car was going to fall apart on our family vacation next week. This kind of request is just asking for trouble at many independent shops I've worked with in the past. Essentially a blank check to come up with repair items whether they are necessary or not. I have many stories of these kind of experiences in the past, I will spare are you those details. At the end of the day after dropping off my car I received a detailed document as a PDF in my email outlining every item they found less than perfect on my car. For each item it was a recommended as to whether it should be repaired now, noted for the future, or just something to keep my eye on. Every item cited was accompanied with a photograph of the issue. They also included photographs of the tire depth measured and how much meat was left on the brakes. I have never received such complete and useful detail from a car service. The actual work they performed on the car has been perfect, and I definitely would use them again.
