WTF 35 for marker light was ok as I bought both of them whats 10 more over quoted price on phone but $175 for a fender wholly crap if he would have said $100 I would have gave in and bought it and they still would have made money ! They probably got the car for free because someone wanted it out or gave scrap value for it 500 bucks... car was picked apart so they definitely made twice what they paid for it. It felt like I was hustled for money you Rich guys keep getting rich be mad that a poor guy likes me speaks up about you over the phone quoted prices. I would have never showed up if you said 175 over the phone for a 1994 fender that no one ever wanted except for me. U rather crush the car then help me out that's for sure . This is how the rich keep getting richer

The vehicle is only part of what was incredible. The true pleasure was the staff and the experience. Aaron gave me a better than fair price for my trade, John A, Old John, Jose and the team made me feel like family. It's no wonder this staff has been together for so long. The truck is the nicese vehilcle I've owned. It's got so many features I will spend the next three days learning what they are. The financing was fast and easy and the interest rate better than I could have imagined. I would recommend Active Auto Sales to anyone in the market for a quality used vehicle. Jeff was incredibly helpful each time I went back to test drive cars, answered all of my questions respectfully and honestly, and they were great with helping me set up financing for the first time. I never felt like I was being "talked down to" because I'm a woman in my twenties, which was common at other dealers. I would absolutely recommend anyone buy their used car from Mancini Motors, especially if they need help understanding the financing process. I had a lot of questions, and Jeff and Jamie had all the answers. I was a wonderful car buying experience, and if I'm ever looking for another used car, I am not looking anywhere else.

At the time, they were about to close, so I said I could drop by the next day. The guy strongly suggested I leave my car there so that they could work on it first thing in the morning. Given we are both Chinese, I believed him. So I left my car there and asked him not to work on it until he gave me a quote. I didn't hear back from them the next day, so I called. They told me it's going to cost more than 1000$ to fix the window. I think it's too expensive and wanted to figure out something else. However, when I went to pick up my car, Lei's insisted on charging me 45$ for the mechanic inspection. I didn't think it was fair, but as a lady who wants her car back, I had no choice but pay the 45$. No one informed me that leaving my car there would cost me 45$. In fact, I think they set me up for this. Not honest people, not recommended.

The process was easy and overall seamless, except for pick up…read more We were called on the day of pick up and informed about the driver's name and timeframe of the truck to pick up our vehicle. However, a different person without a truck came and completed handover of keys, put the keys in a lock box on the vehicle and informed us that the truck would come within the next 2 hours. It didn't and the car was blocking the driveway and a garage and I was leaving town after the weekend. I spent an hour on hold on the phone but a very nice assistant arranged for urgent pick up. She only failed to let us know of the expected pick up time on Sunday. We were not home (another vehicle in front of sold car in driveway) when the truck showed up unannounced but luckily we were just down the block. Car got picked up and money was in the account 2 days later. Lesson learned, if pick up is needed at a certain time, drop off car at Carvana location yourself, if that is a choice. We will do so with our next sale of car in a few weeks.
