The sales manager has quite the obvious ego and it comes out when he speaks to customers. Everyone is bro, babe, sweetie, "ma nigga" etc. He certainly talks down to people (not me, but I witnessed it with a disgruntled customer who had a miscommunication with another employee). Walls separating the customer sitting area from the sales team would do wonders for this place. If the goal is to get a car for a fair price, I'd recommend checking Philly Auto out. But, if you want that factory dealership feel and treatment, look elsewhere.

Other than that, for shorter maintenance trips, such as this morning when I only needed a tire rotation, the service is quick as expected, and relatively well-priced with online coupons provided that you print them out in advance. Lobby has good wi-fi and seating, and free drinks while you're waiting. Cherry on top is that they give free vouchers for the car wash down the street.

I brought my car in and got my inspection and oil changed while I was at it. It took a few hours for them to get in touch with me but considering I just showed up and they were happy to take my car without an appointment, that was not an issue. When I returned, they had changed my oil and inspected my car. As far as the gasoline smell issue, the owner (I think he was the owner?) informed me that there was an issue with the fuel pressure sensor and that I should take my car to the dealer because there was a recall on my car (he looked this information up) and the dealer would fix the issue free of charge. Instead of him trying to take advantage and pretend he knew what the issue was and charge me for a bunch of things that did not remedy the issue he researched the issue and pointed me in the right direction. These guys have integrity. They are honest and very friendly. We doubted them after their odd claim that all Solterra doors creak so we took the car to another dealership and of course, not only did they fix our doors, but they also confirmed a complete rear motor failure.
