I like my car,but I have two complaints…read more 1 They do not give you a full tank of gas. At least they gave me a half a tank this time. The gas tank was almost empty with the last car. 2. I only received ONE KEY FOB. This irks me. I NEVER had a car with only 1 key. This will influence if I decide to buy a car from them on the future. I always put the extra keys away. Enterprise said they had problems with multiple car keys when the cars were rented. We'll that isn't MY problem. I probably will have to pay a small fortune to get a second fob. NOT HAPPY

Had a vehicle taken to them for a pre-purchase inspection. They said it all checked out except for…read morewiper blades and some coating on the frame that has been sprayed on- maybe to hide rust. Confident in their report, the vehicle was paid for at the asking price. So far so good except for one little area where they didn't take into consideration the age of the vehicle versus the low mileage, meaning I was expecting to keep it for awhile. There was an issue that would need addressing a year down the road. This was a unique situation because the vehicle was bought in Pennsylvania but shipped to Arizona. Because that was not caught, the manager Vas apologized and at first wanted to work something out with his shop to address the area needing repair. When he realized the vehicle was already in Arizona, +he refunded my inspection fee. That was the best he could do given the circumstances. I used it as a teaching moment for him to instruct his staff to note things that were not just immediately in need of attention, but those that would need attention soon and already showing signs of wear. (control arms and bushings, which still can cause uneven wear on tires in early stages.) In retrospect the opportunity to bargain with the seller of the vehicle being bought was missed and an expense was incurred, but I think a lesson was learned by all.
