Ok... so i didn't directly deal with their customer service…read moreand i actually haven't seen my car since it was towed so i don't know if everything on the inside is still there. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and rating them based off of what i dealt with. My transmission guy did all the scheduling to pick my car up from home and transport it to the auto shop. Now, I recently moved to Maryland and the auto Shop is in Phila,PA. 127 mile haul. I believe the charge was 350 (Unlike most other places trying to charge me around 550$) but I THINK that was based off of the fact that they were dropping a car off in Maryland, making the job a switch basically. The driver gave me a call when he was enroute to maryland. Then another to give me an ETA on when he was enroute to my car. Then another call when he was running behind. He arrived within the time he said he would. I was kept up to date and spoken to in a good fashion. I'll be updating this review after i get my car back. I'm hoping it won't be changing much.
