I can not thank them enough for their rapid response and caring personell. We had a very strange dilemma in the our cat escaped and got stuck in our neighbors engine compartment. Pinned between the undercarriage service panel and the exhaust heat shield and precariously wedged over parts of the axel suspension. They sprung into action once we showed them the cats location and used the wheel lift bar to raise the front of the car fo enable safe access under the car. We were able to access and coax my cats pined back hips and hind legs and pull her down through the oil access panel and she is safe. Their professional attitude prevented any damage to the new car thanks to the care and protective coverings he put over the side panels to prevent scratching. I ended up needing a tow from jersey to Philadelphia because my axel broke. Everything was good until we get to the place of drop off. Like an axel repair wasn't expensive enough. Paid cash, could get a receipt. He's already done by the time I get to the place. He's in a rush to leave. Says before getting in his truck that it slid off the bed of his truck when he was lowering it. This is what I found. The crazy part is this is supposed to be 24 hours and when I called to talk to someone it sends me to a voice mail of another number. Thanks for taking advantage. read more

The worse I have ever dealt with, 2 and a half hours and got hung up on when I called to check, broke down in the middle of the street with kids, this company does not care, finally got a call from a driver who was very nice and said he JUST GOT THE CALL 3 hours later, this company was hired by New Jersey Manufactures road side service, I would advise anyone that brakes down to call their own company NOT THIS ONE and just get reimburse from New Jersey Manufactures because these towing company they hirer like this one does not care about customer service because they are getting the business anyway, shame on you New Jersey Manufacturers for using companies like this read more

Roger Shirk bought a 1987 Chevy wrecker 1 ton, 4x4 and was told the truck had no issues and runs great. My bank wired them the money and when I paid someone to go pick it up and when it was delivered the truck did not run . I notified them and told them I wanted $500 , which is 1/3 of what I've put in it to try to fix it with no results. I received a check for $250 said he'd mail the other half in a week and it has been 3 months and still hasn't sent me the $250 and my truck still doesn't run. This company is an untrustworthy comp and they will lie about their vehicles. I have all the emails and text saying they would return my money and still no money. I am going to have to have my lawyer go after them for fraud and selling vehicles that won't run. I DO NOT Recommend buying anything from them. NO STAR Rating!!! I needed my Audi towed from my home to the Audi Dealership. Called and spoke with Tim who immediately quoted me a fair price and informed me he could have my auto towed within the hour. I called back a few hours later and firmed up the details. And within the hour I got a call from Jack who advised me he was on his way and would be arriving in about 10 mins. 10 mins later Jack called and said he was outside my home. Jack was professional, courteous and within 5 minutes my car was on his flat bed and off if went. I gotta say I was impressed and totally satisfied with this business. The operator/driver who assisted was extremely capable and courteous. I have a vintage pickup that is my pride and joy. Brandon,upon observing that some spruce branches would impact my vehicle as it was towed out of its resting place to the repair shop, went out of his way to personally clear a few branches before he moved my vehicle. Pathetic and unreliable. The most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. Needed a tow and after nearly four hours and 3 calls to them and 3 to my roadside assistance company it was canceled. Called them at 12:25 they told me they would be there in an hour, waited 1 hour and twenty minutes and called then they said they would be there in 20 minutes. Waited a half hour called again and they said get someone else. 12/6/2016. This was all done through Progressive roadside assistance. I was broken down in the middle of the road with a broken axle and I could not move the car. I spent 3 hours directing traffic around my car. It started raining the last hour. Great day.
