I waited for over three and a half hours and they never showed up. Finally had to cancel.

So sketchy, hard to find (location on the banner isn't even correct), and some guy made me cash app him $200 to get my car back. If you're like me, the real location is: 2651 Wheatsheaf Lane Horrible place. Called them a million times and they don't even answer. Sketchy and weird people. read more

Never showed , never called. Would not answer phone. Do not use them. I was assigned by roadside assistance.Waited 4 hours only for them to cancel the call. Complete butt head. read more

I had a very negative experience with this towing company. After my vehicle was towed, personal belongings that were inside were not returned to me. When I tried to retrieve my items, I was met with resistance and was repeatedly refused access to my own property. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and I felt completely taken advantage of during an already stressful situation. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and document everything if dealing with this company. read more

Hello, I would like to say first, this place was fast, not very fast, but still fast. I think this place was awesome, the worker 'Mike' was very kind and helpful. They did the job right and I felt like the money amount was great! Pretty cheap for the awesome service. Props to the owner, plus employees. read more

Heartless and ridiculous. These guys go into apartment complexes and tow registered resident vehicles on holidays just to make a buck.

Stirling Towing sent Jim to remove a car from our residence. Jim called first and arrived promptly. He was professional, very knowledgeable about cars, and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend both Jim and Stirling Towing. read more

Please be aware this company is the worst company. They will call you a bunch of times trying to get your business only to tell you 13 minutes away and then not answer the phone for hours after you're waiting on them to come out and give you service in the cold I called them and I was Blocked so I had somebody else called and then they blocked them after telling us repeatedly. They were on their way. Please be aware of this company. They ask you for all of your personal information and do not show up. read more

I called for roadside assistance through Zurich which I got through honda. They were the first one assigned to me and I waited the 90 minutes. I called the back customer service and they said 30 mins. I waited an extra hour and no one came. These people do not answer their phone, and you can't leave voicemail. I don't even know how these people are allowed on a list of insurance and roadside assistance. If I could give them negative stars I would. Save yourself 3-4 hours of your life and don't use them. read more

We needed our car towed to local Ford Dealer here in Philly and called thru State Farm. We were told the wait would be 90 minutes. After nearly 3 hours they still had not shown. I called State Farm back and was told their tow truck was in an accident. So call was cancelled and too late to get anyone here before service center closed. Called State Farm this morning and they assigned the same company - Stirling. Was told they would be here within the hour. Its is 1 1/2 hours later - they are not here and I havent heard from. When I call you get voice mail and announcement that the mailbox is full and you can not leave a message. Looking at other reviews why does ANYONE use this company read more

Worse towing service ever. They were dispatched to us by NJM Insurance. Never again. They kept giving us a 45 minute arrival time after I called to get status. This all began at 8:30am, they were originally supposed to be here at 10:00am then when they weren't here at 11:00 I called for status and was given a 45 minute time frame. Then there we were at 12:30 and still nothing so I called again. Yup you guessed it they would be here in 45 minutes. They never showed!! I called again and was told they were still held up at an accident and would still be a while. If they just would have told me that I could have ran out and did what I needed but they gave zero communication. Called another company and they were here in 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and use Keith Smith Towing. He was excellent!! read more

Terrible tow truck company! They said they will arrive in 45minutes, never arrived. Called a hour after, sent to voicemail numerous times. Called my insurance company about tow, they couldn't get ahold of them either. Terrible service! Never will recommened again. Was stood up for 3 hours read more

Worst experience to date. USAA was extremely helpful in finding a tow company to get my car but Stirling Towing kept changing their arrival time and 3 hours later and they still never showed up and never answered their phones. Make sure you never have them pick you up! read more

I waited four hours and they won't even answer the phone and the mail box is full so you can't even leave a message! After being quoted 90 minutes they just finally cancelled after 4 hours, no call saying sorry or nothing! Worst tow company in the world and can't believe y'all have a business. Your company is so incompetent, you can't even delete voicemails! So your message of leave a name and number is hilarious because you can't! Stirling Towing, more like "Stinky Towing" Thanks for wasting my time and I'll make sure to tell everyone that y'all are the worst in the business. read more

Stirring absolutely horrible. I don't even think the company really exist. I was connected to them by Toyota Roadside Assistance. I had an ETA of 1/24 pm. Here I am an hour later freezing in a car with no power and no one even answers the phone, calls back, or texts back. I can not believe a company would have so much disregard for customers in such desperate despair as tow customers. A simple call to say "hi are you safe?, sorry I am running late" takes 1 minute and means all of the world to a woman all alone on the side of the road. I would never recommend using this company to anyone!! Selfish, senseless, inconsiderate, jerks! read more

Horrible dont ever let them get your vehicle after a accident. The guy who towed the car lied to me with false assumptions of having to process the vehicle. When I came to pick up the next day they would not let me take it. So I came up the next day and they charged me 1132 dollars to get it out with a bunch of boges charges. He claimed 3 days of it being here they didn't even have it for 2 days since the car was delivered and 10 at night and I came the very next day. I will definitely be doing something about this I'm not letting them get away with this scheme. read more

If I could give negative zeros I would. I called my insurance company to arrange for a tow of my car and they gave the job to Stirling Towing. I should of known something was wrong when the driver finally arrived after a three and half wait and asked me where he was to take the car. I gave all the information of my personal mechanic to my insurance company of where it was to be towed and they passed that information on to Stirling Towing. The next morning I get a call from a mechanic shop that I was not familiar with stating that they had my car on their lot. Long story short my car was taken to the wrong mechanic shop. I immediately called my insurance company and they said that they gave the tow company the right information and to call Stirling to find out what happened. I then tried to call Stirling but no answer and no way to leave a message because the mail box was full. After several attempts I finally got Stirling on the phone and they told me that the car was delivered to the correct address of my mechanic. I told them that it was not there and gave them the location that the car was at and said that they need to get the car and take it to the right place. They continued stating that the car was taken to the right place and got very rude stating that I would have to make another claim with my insurance company and start the entire process of getting a tow again. I insisted that they fix the mistake because it was not the fault of my insurance company and asked the person on the phone how long they have been doing business. The person on the phone from Stirling said " 15 years" I then said to him that i would never use his service again because of the way this situation was being handled by them and he said to me " I REALLY DON'T GIVE A SHIT IF YOU DO" and then hung up on me. Please anyone reading this do not put up with service from any tow company like this especially STIRLING TOWING . Next time i will do my research because I see that others have had bad dealings with this company. read more

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had dealing with the towing company. They are over an hour late. They do not answer their phone. And I'm left hanging waiting for them to show up. If I was able to leave 0 stars I would. This is THE WORSE TOWING COMPANY!!! was told ETA was 1hr. 1hr passed, called and was told that they reassigned the driver and I would have an additional 1hr wait. Called after the 1hr(now 2hrs after original call) and no answer, calls are being sent directly to voicemail. NEVER EVER EVER, EVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THEM!! read more
