I used Carvana online to get an estimate of what my car was worth. To my surprise, the local WE Buy Any Car shop gets hold of my info and calls me to talk about my car. We set up an appointment. Upon arrival I meet the representative who then tells me that they are not going to offer me the amount that I was offered online. He did not even look at the car. I then left. Do not use these people. This guy was rude and treated me like I was stupid. The office was also very dirty. A total waste of time. I sold a car to Carvana a few years ago and they were much more professional. read more

Wasted my time. I'd give a zero if possible. Online value approx $3650, after inspection at the facility dropped to $1050! Big reduction due to tapping lifters that have sounded like that for 30,000 miles. This is a vehicle that weve pumped thousands into within the last year! I will go ahead and fix myself and sell it for $8 to 10K. read more

I took my car after getting three offers from other used car places that "promised" top value and WE BUY ANY CAR doubled all those offers and made it a great experience. Explaining everything and being so nice and respectful doing this bc I had this car for 12 years and was sad to see it go. He understood and made it easier. Would go back there in a minute and would tell everyone to go there. read more

I had a minor fender bender and honestly answered all of the questions online letting them know. The quote was fair and I scheduled an appointment. The day before my appointment I get a call at work from the Branch Manager Tyrell, telling me my actual payout would probably be around $2,000 less than the quote because of the accident. Needless to say I was incredulous. Typical "bait and switch" beware!! The good news is I went to CarMax, had a wonderful experience plus got the full price!! read more

Polite service but bottom dollar paid. -Staff is professional and accommodating. -Car was a 19 year old Nissan Maxima with 130k, blue booked at a $530 trade in value. -WBAC inspection found a faulty engine sensor, body rust, non working sunroof and radio. -first offer was $49 after a $99 title transfer fee. -accepted offer was $100 and check was printed immediately. -Ultimately, this is an extremely efficient auto disposal service but don't expect to get blue book trade in value. After a certain point,an old car with issues becomes a give away. For this type of car, this is a step before donating it for free. read more

This place is HORRIBLE! I cannot emphasize this enough... these guys are the worst kind of used car salesmen. It was the biggest waste of time ever. First they bait & switch you by giving you a reasonable valuation online and then once you go in, you can kiss that number good bye. I went in there after getting a reasonable value on their website and when I arrived the joke of a used car salesmen, (Bobby) gave me his stock line of "we want to give you the most money for your car" and "we really want to buy your car" nonsense. I say it was a stock line he was spouting off because he said the same thing to the other two nice couples who showed up around the time I was there. Anyway, after giving me his sales lines, he looked over the car, then we went inside and the offer they produced was 1/10th the value stated online. And this is for a running & driving car. Frankly, I was insulted. So I took the car elsewhere the very next day and I got a little more than their original valuation over at Car Sense in Hatfield. Now keep in mind, this was without changing a thing. So overall, We Buy Any Car is a bunch of liars & thieves. They should change their name to We Steal Your Car And Screw You Over. read more

Brandon was very nice and explained step by step the process to sell my car. I understand scratches and dents reduce the price quote given on line, however there was something coming up as a problem( but my check engine light was not on). My car is only 4 years old and I get regular maintenance on it. Brandon ended up calling two different superiors who eventually came closer to what I was looking for my car. I felt like I was at a typical car dealer where they go back and forth on the price. In the end I did get close to what I wanted. Know your price going in, but also know they will try to give you less. read more

Quick and great service by Brendan! My 2nd transaction with the company. Offered fair value for my car. In and out in less than an hour! Will come back again! read more

Horrible, first we waited forever. After being there previously but didn't have the money to make up the difference we had to walk away. We returned to learn the original guy quit and we were stuck with a new guy. Our car has a clean car fax and only had a minor fender bender. Here he tries to tell me that we have FRAME damage. I called my buddy who owns his body shop and has 40 years experience, I sent him the pictures or what this kid was talking about. My buddy tells me this kid is nuts and sounds like they are low balling us to save a dime. Then the kid try's to tell me that the car fax report can be manipulated and that is what was probably done since we bought it off of enterprise rent a car. I warn everyone stay away! They will buy any car but they will rip you off, after threatening to leave amazing the kid changed the offer quit a bit. I still walked out and refuse to do any business with these crooks, my opinion is they take advantage of people and act if they are knowledgeable but this kid had no clue what he is doing, yet challenges my friend who has 40 years experience. AMAZINGLY we sold the car the next day and the shop looked for the fictitious frame damage and can not find it even after is showed them the pics. Proof that company is a crooked place! read more

The employee working with me was friendly and went over the entire experience with me. I spent about an hour at this place. Like others said, they lowball the hell out of you once you are in there. That's a shame because they have a good reputation and they should not sell themselves short because of the faulty website. And that is the excuse I got: the website does not have the ability to give better quotes. This is their downfall. Why waste my time? Why waste their time? Why not provide a website that allows you to enter intricate detail so the quotes can be refined. My 93K mile Mach 1 Mustang would go for twice of what they offered me. Yes, it needed things. An 11 year old car does. In fact, KBB indicated it was worth 8900.00 in it's current condition, as fair. And you know what? I'd rather sell it for that. I was willing to let it go for 7200.00. But, WBAC decided they didn't want to pay more than 5000.00 for it. They sell to dealers. Well, if that's the case, who in their right mind would EVER go here knowing there were middlemen between middlemen to pay? The only thing this company has going for them are the friendly reps who don't pressure you and who follow up. I don't expect a follow up here because I left with every intention of NOT being taken advantage of which is clearly what WBAC has a policy to do. What WBAC needs to understand is that their quote needs to be more reliable online because 1) it's already well below what one will sell for 2) if i'm making an effort to sell at this price, I've already gone through the motions of bargaining in my mind. Don't waste my time, don't waste your time. Get your crappy website fixed. read more

I should have listened to the reviews I read, this place is an absolute rip off. I filled out the online evaluation honestly, and when i got there I was offered about 25% of the original quote. The guy said it "may" have been in an accident, even though it wasn't on Carfax. This place obviously preys on people who are desperate for quick cash. If you're car is a piece of junk and you're looking to unload it quickly, give them a call. If your car has value and you want a fair price, go elsewhere, because these guys are crooks and rip offs. read more
