My car was towed by Webfoot at the request of Eugene Parking Authority. The circumstances for the tow are questionable, but the representatives I worked with at Webfoot were all very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain the circumstances and charges to me and explained the process to get the city to review the circumstances for the tow. My car didn't start off the lot, but they helped me jump it for no extra charge. I think tow companies get a bad rap because they're the representatives of harsh overreach, but from my encounter with these folks, the people at Webfoot are straight shooters. $335 for the municipal tow. 4 stars for the people, not for the city. read more

Our dream shuttle bus broke down on the way to adventure, and while most other tow truck companies weren't able to accommodate a 23 foot small bus, Webfoot stepped up to the challenge. Mike picked us up, got us home, and came in significantly lower than we had originally agreed to; not something I'd have expected. Excellent customer service, pleasant ride home, and an overall amazing experience. Hands down, if I need to get the beast (or anything else) towed again I'll be dialing up Webfoot. read more

Public service announcement to all who live locally. My husband was in an accident on the 28th and his truck needed to be towed. The service department we use instructed us to have it towed to their collision center. Webfoot Towing was called by EPD and the driver confidently said he knew the "exact location". Yesterday a certified letter was received informing that the truck was risking foreclosure and would be sold. It would not be released until $1115 was paid. The driver claimed that he was instructed to tow it to their impound yard for storage. NOPE...... that was not the case. Calling them directly was met with antagonistic responses and stated that unless we had a recording of the conversation, it would be the "well experienced" driver's word against ours. USAA came through for us again and took care of the fees. Not surprisingly, the repair shop it was towed to, confirmed our suspicions of fraudulent practices of this company. I have never posted such a public review of a company but I felt that people need to beware. read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone. When I parked my vehicle in ADA parking at Autzen Stadium and parked where I was told to park. I returned from the football game to notice that my car was gone The police told me that webfoot towing towed my car. But when I called webfoot they refused to tell me where they towed my vehicle too. Because apparently they just moved my car from one space to another but was unable to tell me the physical location where they moved my car too. And while trying to get answers they kept hanging up on me. They expected ME who is handicap to walk every parking lot and find the vehicle. Apparently they didn't know because they towed or should say relocated many ADA vehicles yesterday during the game. They gave the police an address where my vehicle was NOT at. When I was finally able to locate my car, I drove to the address that Webfoot provided to the police that they moved my car. Again Not there but another ADA vehicle was there. No one should have their vehicle towed/moved and made to go on a hunt around the whole stadium to locate their car especially when you are handicap. read more

Do not get your vehicle towed by them. Try your best to find any other alternative you can. They only want your money and they are very good at making it seem like you have no choice to get it towed to their lot but you HAVE A CHOICE. They towed my car to their business when I wanted to get it towed to my home. The tow truck driver dropped me off at my house, took my car to their shop and when I got there they said I denied wanting to drop off my car at my house. That mistake cost me over $500 just to get my car back when they could have just dropped it off where they dropped me off. They took advantage of me not knowing exactly how to deal with the situation so they took it upon themselves to not ask me questions or provide me with any alternative solutions. Scammers scammers scammers. Makes me sick to my stomach. They failed to mention as well that if you pay with card there is a 4% addiction added onto your total. Also don't get picked up before they open even if it's something phoned in by the police otherwise that's an extra $200! Cheers guys! You really are the worst there is! read more

When you're calling a tow truck, you're in a less than ideal situation. But, CJ was a great help and I'm so grateful that AAA sent him my way. We were broken down on the side of the freeway and he showed up quickly and called to give us an estimate of how long he would be. He got the car safely secured quickly and was wonderful to chat with on the drive. CJ did a truly amazing job finding us a spot on the street to unload the car. Wish I could give zero stars. Here's the story... I sold a car to some punk kids who rallied it for a week and left it to the curb. The day I sold it I released interest in the vehicle through the DMV... Then I get a bill for 900 some dollars for the tow. Wait a minute,,, I sold that car and released interest. Why am I being charged for a tow? So we call your company and explain the situation and are assured it will be fixed. So now 2 years later I'm being sent to collections for tow on a car that I wasn't responsible for. Sorry to say you won't be getting your money from me. read more

Absolutely the worst towing experience of my life. After being told by my insurance company that the truck was on the way, and would be there in 90 minutes, called two hours later to hear someone say they knew nothing about me. My wife calls and finds out the it was a dispatcher mistake and we are told it will be another hour. A joke of a business. I would rather use a tow strap than call these jokers ever again. If I could give Webfoot a zero, that's what they deserve! My son was involved in a car accident where his car was totaled on a Friday. There was only liability on the car so we wanted to ask if we could sell the car to them. We were told to wait til Monday to talk to the business office. Then on Monday the answer was of course no, so now they charged us to store the car for the weekend. When speaking to the supervisor he had zero compassion at the fact that my son was in a serious car accident and refused to take ownership for his employee giving us the impression that they could buy it. The supervisor's exact words were "What does compassion have to do with paying your bill?" They have zero customer service skills and didn't ask if my son was ok or cared one bit about the stress and additional expenses someone has to go through when they are involved in an accident. All was asked was to get the weekend storage fees waived and he refused. Do not recommenced ever calling them for roadside assistance or help getting your vehicle towed. Worst company I've ever dealt with. read more
