I also went through 4 different hygienists in 2 years, the last 2 of which were absolutely terrible, frankly the worst I have ever experienced, and I like getting my teeth cleaned. They also didn't give me my records when I requested them just to discover thorough records were not being kept (violation of Dental Ass. regulations). Then in the midst of all of this my exhaust started making a noise they said that's not there problem. At the end of all of this the manager and the service manager today concluded it was not there problem and just get a lawyer we are done. I am a senior citizen and veteran on a fixed income and have hard time absorbing these cost! I hope no one uses this company for anything sales or service work, they are liars and cheats!

He has even seen me on impossibly short notice for a painful broken tooth when I had thought I would have to be in pain for a few days, he made time to help me that same day! In about 2018 ish Heineke pulled a broken tooth at a very fair rate and helped me when the VA wouldn't. The staff there were phenomenal and took the time to hear my concerns and go through half of their Novocain supply (Probably) because I don't numb up as I should. They did a great job and put me at ease which is saying something. Currently I am trying to get the VA to send me there for new issues. It's rare for me to have a great experience in any health/Medical fields but they pulled it off.

The front desk ladies were personable and kind. Dr Wade squeezed me in between his afternoon patients to try to give me a temporary front tooth for my Easter celebration. None of the dentists I previously called would try to give me something temporary to get me through the holidays. His helper, Sara, was so wonderful too. She took my impression and actually made me a beautiful new front tooth. She carefully ground it off so I wouldn't knock it off with my teeth. Sara was so patient and so kind! This is a wonderful practice. I will definitely be using them for my implant and all my dental needs.
