I was told I needed fillings done for micro cavities that were neither felt nor bothersome in any way (micro cavities do not require treatment I have since learned). I also went through 4 different hygienists in 2 years, the last 2 of which were absolutely terrible, frankly the worst I have ever experienced, and I like getting my teeth cleaned. They also didn't give me my records when I requested them just to discover thorough records were not being kept (violation of Dental Ass. regulations). Please do some research first before choosing a dentist. Beware of this place.

My 11 year old son just started going to Suncoast last week for his braces treatments, and he can't wait until his next appointment! That says a lot coming from a kid, but truth be told, I can't wait to take him! We were transferring from a practice out of state, and I truly appreciate the time that the staff spent with us making sure that all of our questions were answered, and making us feel right at home. They welcomed us to the Suncoast family with open arms. Now for the best part...their office!!! When I say that their office is paradise for kids and "kids at heart", I mean exactly that! They have the coolest waiting room ever that's filled with the wonderful aroma of fresh baked cookies. My permanent retainer has held up perfectly all these years, and every dentist I've seen since has complimented how well it was placed. They always mention how clean the bonding is and how I'm still able to floss easily between the teeth--even with a permanent retainer. I always felt like family every time I walked into the office. My mom also did her braces with them, and I already know that when my niece and nephew are ready for braces, Suncoast Braces is the only place they'll be going. I couldn't recommend them enough!

They got my down payment of $500+ saw my daughter October 4th and again right before Christmas. I noticed my care credit card wasn't being charged (automatic payments) in December and was told they no longer take care credit. I could not afford the 233.xx they wanted to debit from my bank account every month (hence the care credit) so I told them in December I'm looking for a new doctor. Fast forward to February and I started getting texts about her supposed upcoming appointment. I cancelled from the text and I called and left a message to cancel (could not get a soul to answer the phone) as she was starting with a new doctor. Meanwhile I managed to pay them $700 for my October, November, December payment. 2 days after the "missed appointment" they sent an email saying it was nice seeing her at the appointment?!? Wait what I cancelled 2 ways and didn't even go. So I went to the office and said we didn't even go to the appointment and I told them I was leaving them in December. They said there was no record of that and was very rude and told me that they are allowing care credit to those who started with it before they stopped taking it. I proceeded to tell them that she's no longer a patient there and I would like a refund of the $2000 they have already gotten from me between my insurance and I and they said they would have to review it. A week later I got a nasty letter in the mail saying they are discharging my daughter from their care and a check for the care credit charge for February that they charged without my knowledge because they told me they didn't take it. So basically they are saying it costs $2000 for the dentist to evaluate you for braces, put them on and change the wires once. What a pack of lies. Now this mess is hurting us with her new orthodontist because they insurance already paid the full benefit to this office. The doctor here is nice but watch the awful money greedy office staff. They are the rudest I've ever encountered.

I completely understand that things happen but they are tracking at 100% I am seen after my appointment. Here is the thing, had someone come out and explained that the provider is running behind and provided and est time I would be seen I would probably wait but I am just left to sit all while watching the provider walk back and forth to his office no less than 5-6 times. This was about Dr. G. wanted Dr. Malki to give his opinion on a front incisor that had cracked. That is Dr. G. He is quite thorough. So I saw Dr. Malki and he said to me that I can go right ahead and schedule and appointment to "my" location to have a new crown placed in. Yes I had to pay a consultation fee. So what? At least I know I can get the crown replaced with little to no concern. The staff at both locations are very nice and helpful. When I was leaving the young woman behind the desk told me that SHE would schedule me at my location. Great. I lucked out when I met Jason Genninger and I liked Dr. Malki a lot too.

We Do Not Recommend Bright Now! Dentist of Springhill!…read more I had a very frustrating visit to Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics in Spring Hill. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled that they couldn't find even though I showed them the confirmation email and text reminder, but I still had to wait for over 30 minutes past my appointment time before being seen. The receptionists weren't very friendly or welcoming either. She was extremely distracted by the music videos on her phone and facebook. When I finally got in, the experience just got worse. The office was dirty, and it didn't look like it had been cleaned properly in a while. The waiting area had trash on the floor, and the examination rooms didn't seem much better. On top of that, the dental tools they used looked dirty, crusty and unsterilized, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. The dentist didn't take the time to explain the procedures clearly or listen to my concerns and was just taking on $$$ for what they wanted to. It felt rushed, like they just wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. The office also smelt moldy and felt really stale and uncomfortable, which just added to the negative experience. To make matters worse, I was way overcharged for services I didn't even receive. After calling 12 times and leaving voice mails over a month when I finally reached someone in the office to ask for a refund, they refused to take responsibility and completely brushed off my concerns. I tried speaking to the manager, but she didn't seem to care at all and I was told someone would call me back. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated like this, especially when they are in charge of your health and money. They also tried to upsell unnecessary treatments and were very pushy about it. I didn't feel like my health and well-being were the priority here, just the bottom line. I won't be returning and would definitely recommend finding a different dental practice in the area. If the office was as dirty the day I was there, how clean is the tools they are using in your mouth to drill in your bones and teeth??

No doctors could identify the problem until I visited Dr. Bedi in August 2016. He identified the problem, showed me why and explained it to me, and performed an oral surgery to correct it. As a result, my teeth and gums function properly now and my long sufferings with this upper tooth problem went away. Dr. Bedi, Rachelle (manager), and Glenny on the front desk are such a kind and perfect team. They are my life savers! If anyone is looking for an experienced, professional, caring dentist---one who studies the latest medical diagnostics and techniques, and strives to find the exact cause of an underlying problem, look no further.
