I had a broken composite filling to be replaced and Dr. Micheal's created a new replacement that was also cosmetic. It looked much better than the one that broke off the tooth from my previous dentist if over 15 years.. The office staff were friendly and knowledgable. I really enjoyed the dental technician's friendliness and candor. The doctor and staff had a wonderful working relationship. They communicated effectively throughout my treatment with the doctor teaching along the way. I am a RN and have worked directly with physician's in a clinic setting throughout my career, and can recognize a great staff in how they effectively communicate with each other as well,as the service I was provided. I needed it for a very long time to get cleared for another treatment and it was very delayed to this office with multiple antibiotics for incurring problems. They were very poor on their communication about pain medication after a surgery. They called hydrocodone with acetaminophen Tylenol, three which is horribly the wrong name for a medication. After 7 teeth are pulled orseven bones are broken. I expect to have pain medication for more than 24 hours which they did not do. They also did not put in my pain medication until after my surgery and I did not get medication for six hours after the surgery.. I have osteoporosis and I've had 17 broken bones in the last three years so I know what pain is. My needs should be met adequately. I think it is a very big risk to not adequately. Give pain medication and make people desperate, proper relief and that's how many hell 22 veterans a day end up dead. Have a nice day.

Took it back and now it was transmission leaking, again it wasn't leaking before and now a module and a seal needed to be replaced! Got it back was still leaking the technician put the seal on wrong! Then in the midst of all of this my exhaust started making a noise they said that's not there problem. At the end of all of this the manager and the service manager today concluded it was not there problem and just get a lawyer we are done. I am a senior citizen and veteran on a fixed income and have hard time absorbing these cost! I hope no one uses this company for anything sales or service work, they are liars and cheats!

Going in, I was hopeful for a good experience -- and Dr. Williams and her entire team exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, communicative, and genuinely caring. Even the associate who came in to review the cost of the procedure was delightful -- friendly, funny, and remarkably easy to work with. It immediately put me at ease. Bethany, the tech who stayed with me throughout the process, was outstanding. She explained everything clearly, reassured me at each step, and kept me distracted in a way that truly felt like having my own daughter there looking out for me. The extraction itself was far better than I anticipated. I'm sensitive to epinephrine in numbing agents, but Dr. Williams administered everything carefully so I never experienced the usual racing-heart feeling. The procedure was quick, not painful, and handled with exceptional skill. Dr. Williams talked me through each part of the process, and she and Bethany kept a warm, pleasant conversation going that made the whole experience surprisingly comfortable. They also provided clear after-care instructions -- both verbally and in writing -- and made sure I knew I could call with any questions. On November 15, 2022, I saw Dr. Danielle Williams for a consultation on my severe Torii situation…read more  She was kind and understanding.  They explained the procedure thoroughly and also the cost of the procedure.  On December 27, 2022 I had the procedure.  Dr. William and her staff are the most friendly, courteous, professionals with great senses of humor.  The experience was actually fantastic.  I did opt (and highly recommend) for the extended numbing agent that works for 2-3 days.  The headache following the procedure went away with sleep.   I did not need ANY of the pain medications at all!  Not even Tylenol.    The sutures were dissolvable, so there was not even the pain or stress of having sutures removed. Everything went perfectly and I was able to eat almost right away (soft things first, of course).  In 3 days I was back to normal. They even straightened my crooked smile!   I highly recommend Dr. Danielle Williams and her staff at Florida Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Carrollwood.     Sorry it took me so long to review, but I have other health issues.
