I showed up for my appointment this afternoonand they had no record of me or my appointment. Gave them my date of birth and there was nothing in the system, so I told them I was there to meet with Dr. Cummings and hopefully be selected as one of the 50 selected to receive help with a desperately needed bridge. Mentioned I had been texting back and forth with Emma about this promotion, who asked me to tell her about why I needed this, said that she could hear how much this means to me, set up today's appointment and assured me that Dr. Cummings was there to help. Was told there was no Emma, no such promotion, they don't do bridges and any no charge consultation would be just the area a person needs an impant. Was also told that Dr. Cummings would not be doing any consultations and there would be a charge for any full mouth exams/connsultations. Left the office heartboken and deceived and posting this so no one else drives out of their way to be let down as I was this afternoon.

I had a temp put in and dentist that was working with Hameroff which was Dr. Lee he had no clue what he was doing , he drilled my canine teeth down so the were useless. At this point I wanted my money back so I could go elsewhere to get my teeth fixed properly the jerked me around for a month before I got a refund for 3600.00 . Needless to say , go elsewhere for proper treatment and to get your teeth fixed properly . There office staff is rude , dishonest and cant be trusted .

Yet, after calling me back the staff stopped because they claim they couldn't find my information. I was forced to sit in an open room for 30 minutes, handling their administrative work by calling my insurance company myself while other patients watched. Even after my insurance was successfully verified, I was hit with an astronomical request for $3,000 out of pocket. It felt as though no actual effort was made to work with my benefits. Ultimately, I chose to walk away and I am incredibly glad I did. The very next day, my insurance company reassigned me to a different dental office. That practice effortlessly coordinated with my insurance, completed all the necessary work, and my total out of pocket cost was $0. It is truly disheartening that a healthcare provider would prioritize a massive, unnecessary up front payment over patient care and proper insurance coordination. I am sharing this so others can avoid the same exhausting and stressful experience. I needed it for a very long time to get cleared for another treatment and it was very delayed to this office with multiple antibiotics for incurring problems. They were very poor on their communication about pain medication after a surgery. They called hydrocodone with acetaminophen Tylenol, three which is horribly the wrong name for a medication. After 7 teeth are pulled orseven bones are broken. I expect to have pain medication for more than 24 hours which they did not do. They also did not put in my pain medication until after my surgery and I did not get medication for six hours after the surgery.. I have osteoporosis and I've had 17 broken bones in the last three years so I know what pain is. My needs should be met adequately. I think it is a very big risk to not adequately. Give pain medication and make people desperate, proper relief and that's how many hell 22 veterans a day end up dead. Have a nice day.

I was told I "absolutely needed" all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and was given an estimate of $900. When I went to Dr. Weber he was very straight forward and told me if only one tooth was bothering me to only pull that tooth or I could get them all taken out. The choice was totally up to me. The prior dentist refused to give me my X-rays so I could bring them to Dr. Weber, but he told me to not worry about it and he would work it out. My husband and I have been going to him or awhile now and I couldn't be happier!
