I came here in extreme 10/10 pain, needing 4 wisdom teeth pulled and 2 impacted molars removed. Dr. Rockafellow explained my xrays to me in a way I could understand. Afterwards, he let me know all of my options and I truly believe all of his suggestions were for the best interest of my dental health. I had to pay out of pocket bc our insurance did not cover this. IMO, $1045 for anesthesia and the extraction is not a lot of money. I'd prefer to pay slightly more for a experienced doctor/dentist. He also offers filler and Botox procedures. Both of which I've gotten two times with him. The results were very good. His price is not bad for those procedures either. I would recommend him.

At this point I wanted my money back so I could go elsewhere to get my teeth fixed properly the jerked me around for a month before I got a refund for 3600.00 . I needed it for a very long time to get cleared for another treatment and it was very delayed to this office with multiple antibiotics for incurring problems. They were very poor on their communication about pain medication after a surgery. They called hydrocodone with acetaminophen Tylenol, three which is horribly the wrong name for a medication. After 7 teeth are pulled orseven bones are broken. I expect to have pain medication for more than 24 hours which they did not do. They also did not put in my pain medication until after my surgery and I did not get medication for six hours after the surgery.. I have osteoporosis and I've had 17 broken bones in the last three years so I know what pain is. My needs should be met adequately. I think it is a very big risk to not adequately. Give pain medication and make people desperate, proper relief and that's how many hell 22 veterans a day end up dead. Have a nice day.

Not a good combination when dealing with sharp tools. I was in pain and bleeding all over the place and she just pinned me down with her elbows; frantically continuing the cleaning. I don't know what the rush was, but she scared the heck out of me, left me in tears and bleeding. Needless to say that I won't be back. The Dentist was no better. He missed numerous things that were caught at a new Dentists office. Shame on Dr. Jensen for hiring such people, and continuing to let them treat residents with brashness. After having implants put in fillings family members going there new office manager said we have to pay everything upfront. I paid $350 for a certain type of x-ray. She said she was gonna use my insurance after I paid in full I called back and said what happened she says oh you don't have insurance. I've had the same insurance for years never canceled. It never changed it Delta dental they just don't want to be bothered anymore. They must've got bigger than money. I'm not sure but nothing you could do. Good luck.

I also went through 4 different hygienists in 2 years, the last 2 of which were absolutely terrible, frankly the worst I have ever experienced, and I like getting my teeth cleaned. They also didn't give me my records when I requested them just to discover thorough records were not being kept (violation of Dental Ass. regulations). Please do some research first before choosing a dentist. Beware of this place.
