In my opinion this place is a scam !!!! We drove 45 miles to have a tooth pulled, filled out the forms only to be told that because of being on blood thinners they could not do the extraction. BUT.....they had no problem charging us $45.00 to tell us that. This is Florida, half the people here are on some type of medications including blood thinners. HOW is that NOT one the first things you ask the patient when they make an appointment !!!!!!!!!!!! Charging $45.00 per customer is a pretty good racket !!!!!!!! read more

We've been there two times. Hubby has 5 teeth pulled and son had one tooth pulled. It's straight forward. I liked the communication with the doctor they really gave you the truth. The prices are reasonable compared to other places I priced. $180 total including X-rays. Great price. Staff is friendly and helpful and office is comfortable. I told him the teeth I wanted pulled he argue with me and told me that I needed to have the roots of a broken back tooth removed because they could be causing the infection. Which I knew that wasn't the cause of the infection because it's in my mouth I know what's infected. 2. He's jamming the needle in my mouth to numb me but the numbing drugs are not working because I'm so swollen that is not going into the areas where it needed to be to numb my mouth. He asked if I could feel this touch me with the metal tool and I said yes I felt every last bit of what he did. 3. Doesn't know how to prescribe antibiotics when I left there my face kept getting swollen more and more and more and more that I have to call the emergency line to get a real doctor to prescribe me real antibiotics..4 I left there right when they go on break for lunch when I got out to my car I opened my mouth and looked in my rearview mirror and my mouth was still full of blood he just shoved a gaw in my mouth and just called it a day instead of renting my mouth out and then put in the garden so I didn't look like I just got in a car accident my face went through the windshield. 5. Here I am still over the weekend my face is still swollen the pain is not going away they charged me $500 to pull a tooth and a couple of roots from a broken tooth that broke off 10 years ago I told him which truth needed to be pulled and he denied it and said oh no we'll just do these two so now I got to take another day out of work because of his incompetence. I'm not saying we pull it isn't a good business I'm saying this doctor is an awful person for this business. He does not care about his patience all he cares about is his public sandwich or whatever he eats for lunch. The dentist I had the pleasure of seeing was not the owner, but this was NOT a good experience. At all. The extraction itself was okay, definitely on the rough side, but quick. I was prescribed some Motrin 800 and sent on my way. It ended up turning into a dry socket, so I came in for a follow-up to see if they could do anything in-office and prescribe something stronger for the pain. Not only did they not do anything, they refused a more adequate prescription. He literally told me the Motrin (the equivalent of a fistful of Advil, I should add) is more than enough. FOR A DRY SOCKET. I was miserable, and I ended up having to set up an emergency appointment with my primary physician, to show them the giant hole in my mouth. In the end, I was prescribed antibiotics and something far more effective for the pain, but the fact that I even had to do that to begin with was completely unacceptable. I know there is an inherent paranoia among health care professionals in Florida when it comes to drug seekers, but the dentist here had zero empathy. Tooth extractions CAN and ARE painful, sometimes even more than the toothache, and especially the case with dry sockets! The dentist was judgmental and dismissive for all the wrong reasons, and I suffered because of that. From what I understand, the dentists at this place come and go pretty frequently, with very short temps and residencies. A few short words of exchange between Doc and I, and I knew immediately this is the man I want to do business with. Does one realize how remarkable a place and service this truly is? I do. That's why I drove 1.5 hours to have teeth pulled....And their marketing of such services is right in line with the treatment I received. No bs. Just pull it. $150 buckeroos a tooth. Doc and staff were friendly, caring, reassuring, fast and efficient. And after countless visits to other dental offices, who push the ole' "root canal here: couple grand there: but you're so young...we can fix it ..." jargon, Doc was none of that. He gave me, the patient, what I wanted and performed a service I was desperately needing in about 15 minutes. Simple. To the point. Moving on with my day. It takes courage to go against the grain of preconceived "normal" healthcare services. I admire this practice and what they offer. THANK YOU Doc and staff. I'd choose no starts if it were possible. I asked about liability insurance and practitioners licensing at the desk before my appointment for extractions and was sent packing. they told me "if I'm asking such questions now, there will likely be issues in the future." so I'm assuming they don't have dental licenses or liability in case a patient is injured as they said if I were to be injured as a result of their treatment, paramedics would be called at my own expense. if you're gonna risk a place like this make them show you their license. read more

if i could give more stars i would!! the staff are absolutely amazing, from the receptionists to the dental assistants to the dentist himself! we did wait just a little bit to be seen (30-40 minutes) but once we were in it was super quick! theyre very personable and friendly which made things way easier mentally. my fiance had two wisdom teeth removed and they allowed me to be there with him to calm him down. they were very understanding that he was afraid of needles and didnt make him feel bad or ashamed of his fear. removing said teeth took maybe eight minutes at most. this place was recommended to me by two people i know and i also highly recommend it myself! read more

BE AWARE!!!! The dentist in the Lutz office took one X-ray for my cracked tooth and was trying to pull the wrong tooth. He was unable to numb the area and continued to try to pull on the wrong tooth. Then decided to say that I needed to see a specialist. No followup and left the office in severe pain. The specialist found that this dentist damaged the tooth from trying to pull it when it was the wrong tooth. This resulted in other major dental issues. read more

They dealt with me very gently and they were kind and compassionate as they helped me deal with my extreme anxiety. I was TERRIFIED to get this decayed tooth out for months, I was convinced the pain of the pull out wouldn't be a relief but boy was it. On one hand, they are incredibly fast and completely painless. The worst part was, as always anywhere, the numbing injections. After that, nothing at all. In and out in a matter of minutes - yoink! Felt nothing. I didn't even need the prescribed painkillers after I left (so far!). But on the other hand....they fleeced me for more money than what I was guaranteed. It was extremely unfair and awkward, but at the time there was a long line and I didn't want to raise a ruckus and create a scene over it. That alone makes me hesitant about going to them again in the future if I ever need to, and yet.....they're kind of the best dental experience I had. Possibly ever! Five stars for impeccable service. I have had several teeth pulled and never felt as much pain as I did with this I let out a small Yelp he said it was unfair to his other customers to hear me scream then was after another dose of numbing and not waiting to pull he pull tooth again I yelped he left the room came back 10 minutes later said if I didn't stop screaming I could go else where!!! this is after he already pulled my tooth partially out he did it again got tooth out I was crying in pain he walked out didn't say anything to me.
